Exactly. Dragonmaids are a fun deck, but even as a fun deck, they shouldn't be near this expensive. Its freaking ridiculous.
This deck is actually viable to build some things in this deck aren't really nessary except for the dragon maids themselves the dragon link part of this deck is weird more for combos but you don't need it the deck itself could cost about 200 at least if you got other things that weren't impermanences and guar dragon cards but u are right it's idiotic that Konami made a good deck so high priced

I'm not a fan of people laughing about other people's builds if you just want to play it for fun. As long as you are aware of the possibility that your build might not be good and you don't expect to beat every meta deck with a suboptimal deck of course.
I still play monarchs sometimes because I love the archetype even though the deck isn't really good.
I completely agree. My list is really close to pure I refuse to play rokkets because at that point I would rather just play chaos dragons. A card he doesn't mention that I think is decent for the deck as well is Defrag dragon

You want to chain dragon changeover every turn and keep Sheou on the board. All the othe cards in your deck are search or fusion materials for Sheou. You want as many repeatable bounces as you can get. You just grind value and swing twice.
Since I heard capg saying he was gonna play dragonmaids(!!) I was curious to see a build that really made them shine... Well this is one of them! Very similar to rokkets and salads last format it feels like,very efficient, with a ton of space for handtraps that complements a not too assuming board, I love it

Sam, I'd love to see your take on F.A.s using new cards we got in DUOV, IGAS, & ETCO. They can play needlefiber now so I'm sure u can come up with some crazy combos.
the first combo really confused me until I realized the deck's best strategy to get through the first turn to get to it's strong grind game is to just get hieratic spheres of the heavens and dragonmaid sheou on the field, then it just became finding ways to do that. Also RIP Dr. Red-eyes.

end combo will not work. Darkness metal can only be used once per turn. When you activated it a second time after Pisty that move can not be played in one turn.
darkness metal is a soft once per turn. because it left the field and was returned it is treated as a new card, meaning you can use its effect again.

This is my favoritt archtype so far. I love lunalight too. But 1 of 2 of my favoritt archtype got hit. Also Sweet i have most of these cards.....execpt sphere or apolusa. Is appsolusa importent or can i play something more budget friendly?
Appolousa is just a good staple. It’s essentially the same as the Knightmares. Just replace it wit something like a Saryuja

I'd like to see a Red Dragon Archfiend deck profile and a marincess deck profile.
Red Dragon Archfiend and Resonator got the new Crimson Resonator that could easily make a Turn 1 King's Calamity if played correctly
Marincess got Bubble Reef and the main deck Baslima (I can't spell her name off the top of my head), but also there's the new Link 2 Splash Mage that's a great Link extender for the deck too

Don't lose hope, eternity code fixed the ratios, pulling chamber isn't going to be that hard to pull and probably very affordable

Personally, I have all the cards myself and bought them early on, but I would like to see them get reprints in the mega tin (secrets printed as supers, supers printed as prismatic secrets, spells as ultra rare)

Teamsamuraix1, this a request: can you make a lockdown deck that can block your oppoent from special summon from the deck and hand and extra deck.
What kind of sick person wants this...? Also, already exists, it's called Pole Position Lock, and it makes your opponent unable to play ANY cards other than 3000 attack monsters. Playing this deck will also get you beaten up, and make literally everyone hate you.

DONT the combo doesnt work RedEyes can only use its effect ONCE per turn so the combo stops in the middle of it

As much as I want to play this deck its TOO Damn Expensive! I did the math and if you wanted to play Everything that over roughly 650$ for a fan service deck (no thanks!) Konami if you see this please reprint kitchen and nurse and chamber!! I still do love your deck profiles man keep it up!

I’ll be completely honest, I only carry one copy of World Legacy Guardragon simply because it only allows you to special summon a lvl 4 or lower dragon monster from your GY ONCE and ONLY ON ACTIVATION.
It was so heartbreaking for me since its great first effect is only a one time use while its secondary effect is useless with the Dragonmaid deck (at the very least I’ve never had any use for it and I have never seen anyone in any video use its secondary effect with Dragonmaid decks).
And it’s Continuous so if you have 3 of them out on your field just to get those one-time special summons you’ve already lost three Spell/Trap spaces on your field. If it would allow me to special summon a lvl 4 or lower dragon monster from my GY once per turn then I would’ve 3 carded my deck with it.
Unfortunately that’s not the case. So I keep it at one just in case I have a good enough set-up to special summon Nurse into special summoning another Dragonmaid in my GY for effect chains to get more cards either into my hand or GY.
Edit: For those who may not know why I caps-locked “ONLY ON ACTIVATION” it’s because if you activate WLG and you have no lvl 4 or lower dragon monster in your GY then you literally wasted the activation of its first effect. Now you’re only left with its secondary effect of just moving a monster(s) 1 monster space on the field. Please use it wisely.
do summoned skull/archfiend next. they got support in fist of gadgets but the deck is still way to slow to compete. bring it at least at gaia and buster blader level

I'm not a fan of laundry, because it could send any card to the graveyard, you might be yeeting your 3 ashes or any other spell/trap you need.
Same, it usually isn't worth it. Better to search with the other cards than risk yeeting Hospitality or other important cards like hand traps and traps if you go that variant
don't bounce chamber back for lorpar with what he had on field if you want lorpar in hand because none of the big dragons can tag into chamber since it is a level 4... it's a very common missplay that will come up very often if people don't read the cards... it can generate unfair advantage with chambers search effect that you would not be able to get
