- This cake seemed to be complicated to make but, please, just start making it! Allow yourself three days and play with this recipe. You will spend only one hour per day, not whole day, no worries :) And no baking process - everything is very easy!
I am sure that this raw healthy Red Velvet Cake with beetroot red velvet mousse, coconut filling, flaxseed-date crust and raw vegan chocolate coating will never leave you indifferent.
It's a perfect Birthday Cake for the one you love :)
And like all my cakes, this one is vegan, gluten and soy free, with natural sweeteners (maple syrup) and with natural colorants. Yes, this cake is colored by beet juice - nothing artificial ever!
You would ask for flavor, right? Yep! It's fully mousse-consistency chocolate cake (not beet cake, haha) with a flaky coconut filling and chewy chocolate crust. And no guilt!

Recipe:
First day we make
Filling:
85 gr coconut butter (manna)
50 ml water
75 ml maple syrup
15 ml coconut oil extra virgin, melted
30 gr cacao butter, melted
5 ml vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
200 grams of raw vegan chocolate from this recipe • 3-ingredient Raw Vegan...
150 gr cashews, soaking overnight
Second day we make
Crust:
70 gr shredded coconut
15 gr flaxseed meal
15 gr cacao powder
100 gr dates, pitted
Red Velvet Mousse:
150 gr cashew, soaked
60 ml maple syrup
60 ml beet juice
25 gr cacao powder
30 ml coconut oil, melted
15 gr cacao butter, melted
5 ml vanilla extract
Salt
Third day we make
Unmolding the cake
Defrosting for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator
Decorating with seasonal fruits and berries

I like these cakes and simple cake both are needed for special occasion by the way you are a great inspiration and teacher of healthy cakes. I know you left the link for the heart mold but i only see that the white part is available not the red cookie cutter where did you get yours??

I only asked about the Heart silicone mold for the red velvet cake, because you do say that you need the 2 piece with the cutter in your video. So, I was checking out all the beautiful silicone molds and trying to figure out if I can a 2 piece design that the Italian company makes. Some are gorgeous and can be for any occasion. I am going to purchase a 2 piece silicone mold and adjust amounts accordingly. I will let you know how my first red velvet experiment goes. Thank you for all you do. I am very excited to try my hand at this cake. XO

Hi Olga, this cake was my first one from your channel. It is because of this cake I fell in love with you and your cake ;) I would like to make one for wedding anniversary of my girl friend and her husband. But she doesn't like coconut taste. Which white filling I can choose from all of your recipes? The Velvet mousse will be ok, but about the insert, I do not know which one to choose. Thank you for helping me.

Dear Olga: can we use the Sikomart Goccia drop mold or is the heart the only mold for this cake
Hi Alice, you can use any mold but you need to adjust the recipe. Heart mold from the video has a capacity of 600 ml. You mold Goccia fits 1700 ml. So, multiply recipe almost by 3 ☺️

I have plenty of simpler recipes on my channel. Strawberry cheesecake or Coffee brownie. Dark chocolate truffles or Lemon marmalade. Everything can be made within 30 minutes.
But at the same time, I have over 1000 students who completed my courses and i have to give them ides for inspiration too.
