  • Hey fam, I tried to quit smoking at least 50 times using every possible approach. It's been 4 years since I quit, this is what finally worked for me 🥳 and I wanted to share it with you! I really hope it helps. Let me know in the comments if you'll try or even better succeed at this!

    Thank you I've been smoking for almost 50 years I'm laying in bed wheezing and beating myself up cause I keep failing to quit its getting so hard to breathe I will try this .

      Day 5 tomorrow I'm feeling better coughing lots but wheezing is getting better cravings are manageable ❤

      @@juanitalewis6504 Amazing Juanita! The coughing increases cause you're giving the cilia in your lungs a break and they start working again helping you expelling nasty stuff, it's a good sign! Keep it up. You got this 🤗🤗🤗

    Thank u man I’ll try this. I’ve been trying to stop smoking since summer ‘23 and I’ve already read the book so I’ll see if those 2 other tips work.

      4 hours of not smoking: The craving is hitting me mildly but it's not that deep
