Giving up smoking is difficult but then the feeling of emptiness goes on for at least a year maybe decades so not much fun also everything gets boring and unsatisfying
Did you feel anxious at week 1, like your mind may race with thoughts of worst-case scenarios, and your body might react with symptoms like a faster heartbeat, sweating, or a tight feeling in your chest?
dear allen carr i want to thank you with all of my heart for giving me a new chapter in my life tommorow it will be a week without tabaco or ciggarets i feel scared but relly beliving that it all part of the proses thank you for making me see the truth i was addicted for 5 years and may god help everyone in this world quit
I quit smoking in 2019. Pretty much cold turkey. Didn’t smoke for a year then my buddy handed me a vape. Immediately got addicted to that. It eventually had me smoking a cigarette here and there because I could smoke for one night while drinking and then not smoke again for months because I had the vape. Didn’t realize how badly the vape was affecting me too. Don’t use a vape to quit. It’s worse. Now I quit the vape, but I’m smoking a pack a day. So here I am at square one. Summer is over and now it’s time to get rid of this addiction for good.
The easy way to stop smoking Stop drinking now The easy way to quit cocaine The easy way to stop gambling I was deep in all of those addictions and those books helped a lot.
Hi it's day 5, i am having the feeling of anxious, my mind racing with thoughts of worst-case scenarios, and my body reacts with symptoms like a faster heartbeat, sweating, or a tight feeling in my chest. Is it normal?
Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diets and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 pounds up to a whopping 275. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. For a year I stayed an obese nonsmoker, but when women laughed and told me, forget it, you're too fat, that was it. I went back to 2 packs a day and I've been losing about 15 pounds a month. As long as smoking keeps my weight down, then I don't care a hoot, about the problems of cigarettes. I should have never quit in the first place and wish I hadn't.
Dear it is never a mistake remember Satan will always come with something new to boycott you because he knows he lost. Just leave it with God and I can promise you He with take all the steps with you. The mind is dangerous my dear. Pls dont start again.
2024 is going to be my year!!
