These garlic-infused mushrooms look absolutely irresistible! 🍄🧄 The combination of earthy mushrooms and aromatic garlic is a match made in heaven. Thank you for sharing this simple yet flavorful recipe!
For god sake, one of your videos just appeared again on my feed and it has been a shock for me! I have been following your since 2012 and I did not remembered your channel until this notification of new video uploaded appeared! Jesus Laura, you look the same, you literally do not get OLD! I perfectly remember your 2012 videos haahahha I'm glad to see you again here and know you're doing great!
Very nice recipe & glad you used baby bella/ crimini mushrooms instead of white button mushrooms which lack that beefy taste , I could boil some rigatoni in another pan , add some beef stock & make a meal when I add it to the mushrooms.
But a lot of butter is then subjective. Everyone at home puts in the amounts they want. If she, for example, puts in a lot of butter, it is not necessarily the case that others have to do the same. Even for example regarding the amount of garlic. If one doesn't like too much garlic, it's not like one has to necessarily put in the amount of garlic that she put in. ;)
Mmm, these garlic infused mushrooms look and sound amazing! I love how you kept them whole and added that perfect balance of flavors. I'm definitely going to try this recipe out for my holiday dinner. Thanks for sharing!
Great recipe. I'm sure it's a polarizing topic, but I'm a believer in rinsing off your mushrooms under cold water. First, do you know what they grow these in? Second, on one of his Good Eats episodes, Alton Brown tested the weight of mushrooms before and after rinsing, and there was no discernable difference in the weight. They do not absorb water like sponges if you just rinse them off and drain or dry them.
RECIPE: 1 lb of Button or Cremini (or baby Bella’s) Mushrooms 4 Tbsp of Olive Oil 6 Cloves of Garlic, minced 1/4 cup of Dry White Wine Handful of chopped Parsley 2 Tbsp of Butter Salt and Pepper, to taste List of ingredients but for the directions, click on the link just below this list, in the bio. But, you can also re-watch the video for “what to do.” I usually do a blend of both!
omg that looks lovely. After 5 days of cookies, pasta, cannolis, baileys, port, sherry, bourbon and diet soda, "garlic and mushrooms" sounds amazing.

Yum! 🙏❤️🙂
Looks amazingly! Unfortunately, I can’t find the recipe on your website. The link didn’t result in a printable version.
Great video!
So early lookingg amazingg
Would this be a good appetizer?
I first read "Garlic infected Mushrooms" 😅. That would be weird, I mean it's usually the fungus that's infecting things, not the other way around.😆
Gli americani saranno contenti con questo piatto, perché loro amano mettere un sacco di aglio dappertutto. ;)
Can’t find the recipe on your website…?
🤙😋👍 Yum !
Was that a compound butter?
Neah, she used the same knife for the parsley and then to cut the butter. Compound butter looks different.
@meblackorchid1 thank you

Mushrooms MUST be washed, not soaked, but definitely washed.
No they must be properly cooked to unalive any soil germs. I never wash them for 40 years no problem.
