    Mrs Vitale
I've been with you for nearly 10yrs
I stumbled upon your channel to figure out how to make beef stew. My family made fun of me (even my 3yrs old at the time) relentlessly because I was such a terrible cook. I tried so hard but nothing ever came out right. Fast foreward to now. I'm asked to cook for my family holidays. Middle child of seven kids. That's a pretty impressive honor conscidering where I started. I owe it all to you! You gave me the confidence to try out new recipes. Ones my family stands by to this day. I make dozens of your recipes and WELL! We have your shredded italian beef for New Years Day every year. My daughters favourite food. She has called it all the years Italian Wedding Sandwiches. At that time your Italian Wedding Soup was my life. And still is. I have 2 quarts in the freezer at all times.
We love you. I adore you!
Whenever your older intro of "Hi guys, I'm Laura Vitale" would be heard my entire house would echo it back. Cause moms watching Laura again lol🤍
Thanks for all you have given me
Confidence in the kitchen and my happy place!
    Fort Saskatchewan, Ab🇨🇦

I'm from Toronto, Canada and I've probably been following you on RUclips since before the other social media outlets even existed. Over 15 maybe even 20 yrs (I've lost count lol). The very first recipe I made from you from back in the day started with something super easy and they were butter cookies. They were SEN-SA-TIONAL! 😅 But the one recipe my family asks for at every single holiday gathering is by far the tirimisu. I make it at least 4-5 times a year and everytime I do it's a hit. In our culture when someone praises you for your food and if it was taught by someone else, you're always supposed to say a small prayer for them so Laura, know that you're prayed for alot around here! You have brought people all over the world together for so many years over food and food is love. ❤❤❤❤

Not just recipes to use but you taught me techniques and how much salt to use, etc. Your videos are gold. I would pay for these videos!! I’ve been a member on your membership channel since it became available and love those too! A recipe I make for my family ALOT is your simple chicken quesadillas. My kids love them. Serve with some sour cream to dip and some tortilla chips and salsa. It’s something I can whip up quickly and has protein, veg, carb. Delish!!! Love you so much Laura!!!!

I live in WA, USA and am originally from Vietnam. I have been watching you since I studied abroad in the States, so from 17 to 30 now. I love your channel and I am pretty sure my whole family knows about it. Not only I love your recipes, but also my family does. I also share your recipes with my family and friends due to the easy comprehension and the simplification you make so everyone can follow. Among all your wonderful recipes, the recipe that I like the most is beef Wellington. Thanks to you, we do not need to go to expensive restaurants to enjoy the dish. I had tried other recipes, but they do require a lot of techniques and efforts. The way you break down the recipe as well as your detailed instruction makes my life easier. When I made the dish on Valentines, my husband fell in love with it and he devoured half of the beef :))))

I've been watching you from New York since I was 16! The one recipe of yours that my husband and his family look forward to every year is your honey glazed ham! I didn’t grow up eating ham, but when I got married and was tasked with making a ham for my first Thanksgiving, I used your recipe. For two kids who didn’t even know how to pick a ham or how to properly place it in the baking dish, your recipe and video made it so stress-free. Last year, I didn’t host Thanksgiving, and I still hear to this day how we're never not hosting again because the ham was so missed. We met a few years ago in Disney, and we chatted about how you really helped me learn to cook! You’re the sweetest and so beautiful!

Hi Laura, I've been watching since the beginning. At the time, you were an enthusiastic, new bride, tripping over your words in the most adorable fashion because of your excitement and love of food! You've become more polished over the years, but that same beauty, spirit and passion still shines out from you. I am watching from the wilds of the Pacific Northwest. So many recipes have become favorites, but one recipe we look forward to enjoying every year, is your fried zucchini blossoms - wow, what a treat! It's also such a joy to see your family in your videos at times. Take good care and thank you for being a delightful part of so many lives, including ours.

Ciao Laura i’m from illinois and have been watching your videos since the beginning! i originally started watching due to having so much in common with you! my father grew up in Palermo , got married to my mother who grew up in rome and then they moved to the states from Sicily to start a family and open up a pizza place when they were 18. i worked in the pizza place growing up and i loved that you incorporate both italian and american recipes but love the most that you have such a good relationship with your nonna. it reminds me of my relationship with my nonnina on my mother’s side. i love that you can speak both languages because i always found it hard growing up to find people like me who spoke Sicilian and English! my special thing to cook is (now don’t laugh) pastina. yes very simple but reminds of being a young girl with my nonnina when she would make it for me when i wasn’t feeling well and it always to me is a meal to make someone you love feel better. more of a nostalgic feeling i guess. ❤

Hello, I'm watching from Winnipeg, Canada. and OMG I made your marry-me chicken and loved it and now I know what I'm making for dinner tomorrow!
i feel like I've been watching you forever, you taught me a lot of the basic cooking skills I still use today. i remember my sisters and i first watched your fettuccine alfredo video from like 10+ years ago (which is mind-blowing to think of) and loved it. i still make that recipe today and love it.
the one recipe that i can make and everyone loves it is my butter chicken. my dad taught me how to make it every time i make it, everyone loves it. it's not something i make often but when i do it's always a big hit!
Anyway, i love your videos! i hope you continue to share your awesome recipes!

Their all time favorites are the Italian beef sandwiches and the Creamy chicken and rice soup. I make both frequently and make extra because the leftovers are amazing! Thank you for sharing your life and recipes with us 😊

It's a ritual that one of us makes it at 2 in the morning after a mental breakdown and then we talk and watch tv as we eat ❤

Laura....girl! I've been watching since your first kitchen in your old house! The little burner on the counter, all the shelving over in the corner with all your "stuff". Changing the flowers in the "window" with the seasons. So many recipes of yours I've tried from your website and first cookbook (with the boilerplate). I'll never forget making your pastiera for Easter after hunting down the Grana Cotto! Loved it and still make it when I can find the grana. All long before Mia Valentina came along! ❤ I'm still here north of you in New Hampshire lovin every video!

I’ve been watching you since your beginning and now both my girls (4 and 7) love you and your recipes - they actually fight to watch your videos! I’m originally from the US relocated to Australia and been here for years!
One of the meals I made my husband (for his birthday) in the very beginning of our marriage (been 14 years now) :) - that he loved was a garlic chicken with mushroom sauce over a bed of mashed potatoes. He loved it! He hadn’t ever had anything like it before being from Pakistan originally. It was yum! :) love you girl! Your recipes are my go to and have the most flavour to all chefs out there! I get so many compliments and always let them peeps know where the love came from! ;) God bless!

I'm watching from Seattle, WA. And a recipe that I love to make is a family recipe that reminds me of my dad. It was a spicy recipe with peas. I make it similar to Mexican rice where I toast the rice, then add some tomato bouillon, then add the peas and spicy red sauce and let it simmer low and slow. It's so good and I absolutely love it! I love making this recipe to remind me of my dad, culture and parents.
