I’m not sure if yours is different but mine is the style in this video and the height is adjusted via a tightening system underneath the form. Where the base connects to the form, there’s a key like tightening system, if you turn it counter clockwise it should loosen and allow you to remove the base, so you can increase or decrease the height by inserting the base into the form to your desired depth and re-tightening. You can change the playback speed to move faster if the video moves too slowly for you :)
