How to make Attieke/ Quickest method / Attiéké (Ivory Coast) or akyeke (Ghana)

Serving you Cassava Couscous (Attiéké) with Fried Fish -- Attiéké au Poisson Frit (in French)
Attieke is a side dish made from cassava. Its a popular dish from West Africa. The dish is prepared from fermented cassava pulp that has been grated or granulated. It is accompanied either fried fish , grilled chicken or mutton served with diced vegetables and any side sauce of your choice. You can also add some fried plantains . I'll also recommend a chill sauce or fried thick tomatoe sauce if you do not like the heat.
Here are the ingredients
1 packet of placali / granulated cassava dough. You;ll find this in any African store or online
4 pieces of tilapia fish. You can also use mackerel
3 lemon
4 Maggi cubes
4 large red onions. You can also use white onions
7 to 8 large tomatoes
2 large cucumber
Spices to season the fish
Bunch of parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 spring onion
vegetable oil
Maggi cubes
black pepper
white pepper
fish seasoning
