Cassava Couscous (Attieke)
Maggi seasoning
Salt
Olive oil
Water
FISH SEASONING
2 Tilapia
White pepper to taste
Shrimp seasoning to taste
Oil for frying
VEGETABLE MIX
3 Bell peppers
1 Red onion
A dash of vinegar or lemon juice
maggie liquid seasoning to taste
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
SAUCE
3 Medium tomatoes
4 chillies
4 spring onions
3 Garlic cloves
A thumb size ginger
1 Bell pepper
1 shrimp cube
1 maggi cube
1 Tablespoon curry powder
teaspoon shrimp seasoning
