That's awesome! Am glad you like it thanks for watching.
hey girl, heard that you loved our attièkè! so glad to hear this, that's great! now we are waiting you in IC, the land of your ancestors! 'cse Jamaica is historically linked to ghana, actually to former ashanti empire, aka 3/4 or 4/5 in G, and 1/5 to 1/4 in IC, the small part that is so often forgotten. And we, the akans are shared between both countries! here you are: ruclips.net/video/_gnaH_PPNb8/видео.html

Yummy mommy when are u going live
Soon my son❤
Great video. My husband and I make this but this was the first time I saw someone put Maggie cubes in. I will try this as well. Also, the past couple of years, the plaintains have not been ripe. Even if they are dark black. Does soaking in salt water help to get them sweeter?
Well first of, thank you for watching. Soaking the plantains in salt water will help season the plantains and help it from turning black before frying them. That's all to it . Adding Maggie cube also on the Attieke is a better season than plain salt but if you don't have Maggie cube it's okay just use salt
New subscriber cuz of attieke but ❤ your cooking and my ex bf was a Gambian and mix with Germany 😅 your my ex sister inlaw tho ❤

I want to know how the acheke is prepared from fry casava flour or the fresh cassava
I will say from the cassave root itself.
Well done, can I come and eat? Thumbs up + a new suscriber.
Yes most definitely! You are invited. Thank you for watching and thank you for being part of Dada's team.

Thank you Maimuna. Thank you for watching
@@DadasFoodCraveKitchen Ma pleasure dear
how do you eat
it ,with spoon or hand
Fork 🍴, spoon or hand all is fine. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it
Where did you buy this type of attiecke??
You can find it at any international store where they sell all kinds of groceries or check online. You can also use cous cous
@@DadasFoodCraveKitchen well am currenly living in Uk but i never seen it in Spain there is but in Uk they dont have the frozen one they have and its not the same from this one😄🤗
Yes is the same. Just break it apart and sprinkle some water on it and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes at a Time keep sprinkling water and microwave 1 to 2 minutes until you reach your desired texture, or you can use a steamer pot to steam it. You can actually save what you did not use and keep in the freezer repeat the same process when ready to use because it is going to be hard again. I will make a video to demonstrate how to make and store Attieke in another video. Just follow the steps i just told you. Thank you for watching. Check Amazon for Attieke.
One left in to long but the inside of the fish is the aim.
Thank you
Am East African and I love Attieke my west African friends always make this for fast food that's why I googled it 🤣 I can cook west African foods #Libraianfoods #guineaconkaryfoods lol am such a west African foodie ❤
Absolutely 💯 all Africa food is definitely. Am glad you're embracing the African roots. Thanks for that and thank you for watching. Appreciate it 🙏 💯 🙌 one love ❤ one Africa 🌍
Thank you 😍❤️
Thanks for watching. Appreciate it
So far not so bad just don't know why you use tomoto twice i mean regular tomato and cherry baby tomato its all the same for me i will just use one type
Well yes you can use one type of tomato. It was a personal choice and I knew that each tomato has its own unique flavor and mixing all that verities of tomatoes was so delicious. You should give it a try. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it
I love the standard of hygiene in your food preparation but am afraid of the amount of salt you use so as a caution just minimise your intake of SALT 👌🏿
Yes i understand totally. Thank you for caring. Please if you decide to try this recipe add salt to your own tastes. I will try to minimize it myself. Thank you for watching
At first I was gonna be all like “she can use as much salt as she wants..blah blah blah”. By the time I got to the water in the plantains, though, I had high blood pressure! Sis is a great cook but yea it mightttt help to be a little stingy with the salt lol.
Which country has the food
ivory coast
I only eat fried fish. that fish is calling my name.
Girl who you telling?! I love fish too. Lol! Thank you for watching
Such long intro music
Ain’t the Maggie too much
It wasn't for me at all. You can add Maggie to your own taste. Thanks for watching
