The "shirt" with the pockets in the back, is actually (I believe) a cycling Jersey, cyclists wear them when they go on long rides so they can store energy snacks and stuff, and have it there for easy access. I hope this helped :)

The shirt with all the pockets along the bottom is a bicycling top that I am assuming the brewing company had made for the cyclist they sponsor. The pockets are for the cyclist to store water/small snacks to easily access when cycling.

Yes! Bicycle uniform... called a “kit” when you are in the know. They are usually covered with advertising. And the pockets are for water bottles or gel packs of energy. Also the reason why it has a long back is to go over your butt when you are leaned forward over the handle bars. I kinda love how it works as a fashion piece though.
