Hi dear Elizabeth. 🤗 It is always fun to go thrifting with you. I miss so much that we no longer have our Salvation Army store. It was always so clean and organized and they always had really really nice clothes and blazers for work that for the most part were brand new. Our Value Village also is more pricey than our Renaissance stores. What is nice about Renaissance is that they are a non-profit store. They help people who want to get back into the work force and also woman who find themselves in abusive situations. Like you, I also find it so relaxing to go and browse around, especially after a hard day of work, it gives me a change of mind and I never know what little treasure I may happen to find.
I absolutely love the tote bag and the doe bowl!!

My stores have been very lackluster, I've been having more luck at yard sales and estate sales, super fun too ☺️
I really want to do that this summer! I’ve never been believe or not! I’ve been thrifting for about 10 years but never ventured into estate sales!

I am too!!! Its just so fun and I have found my grove over the last few years! He is warming up to it haha at first he couldn't even walk into a store (the smell lol) but he sees what I find and asks to come with me here and there! My kids have always loved it!! I don't go on IG or FB very often anymore..i unused to be somewhat addicted🫣😄 Maybe A few times a week.. and not for very long then. I do get on Utube pretty much every day, i just love watching you all shop and find all the treasures, and styling them in your beautiful homes. But I've truly made some amazing friendships! Not only do we share our love for thrifting and antiquing and sharing the things we love.. all that we have in common, but sharing our love for the Lord, and praying for one another has really been amazing! Its just more personable here and i love that😊 I loved the brass candle sticks! The Christmas art was beautiful, the frames were beautiful too! Awww was the mug for me?😁 Lol just kidding, my last name starts with an 'L'. Oh goodness..i have the old black & gold singer sewing machine, but i don't have the cabinet, I've been looking for just a cabinet for it..i love that cabinet❤ The Salvation Army store looked very cool! I would definitely have grabbed the dough bowl for .99¢ also.. super cute shape, & an awesome price! Glad you scored it😊 I'm just A sucker for anything wood, large or small and especially if its old! But honestly I've been looking for some dough bowls. The Terra cotta bowl reallywas gorgeous! Well maybe the second mug was meant for me?! Lol😄 I would love to shop that Value Village! Nice! If I find a piece in a store that I'm not sure about, i use my google Lens. Of course I google Lens everything i buy or much, but its nice to find out about a piece sometimes before you spend the money on it😉 Loved the crumb catcher, been looking for an old broom & tray set. Love the jeans..i love that bottom too, i rarely wear a skinny jean anymore, maybe in winter with my uggs. I wear boot cut or straight leg sometimes.. but mostly the wide legs. But i do like the mom jeans, dad jeans lol as long as they aren't skinny legs!😄 Cute tote bag, i love Mickey & Minnie😊 i have several tee's, and some pj's too! I did enjoy tagging along with you.. nice haul! TFS😊
Hello friend!! I have to agree, I find RUclips so different and more meaningful? Something about the scrolling on Insta and FB that leaves me depleted. I should have mentioned RUclips isn’t in on that. I don’t really count it as social media lol but I guess it is. It is my form of tv lol!! The Christmas prints were so beautiful!! I don't really count utube as social media.. not like the others anyway. Its quite a bit different, more personable for sure! And thank you so much for being a prayer warrior! Yes.. please remember my family in prayer, we're going thru alot of changes right now. Relocating from Tennessee, which we love so much, to Florida. There's been Alot of things happening, some hurts & bad situations. But Gods got us, and on the bright side we'll get to be here with our son & his family! I'm just ready to get settled and start this new chapter. Its funny how God knows what you need! I also excited to find all the new thrift & antique stores😁
