      Go for 1hr walk daily ,go for portion control and avoid sugary food ,go for balance diet do yoga 5 times in a week dinner should be after magrib after 3 hrs go for sleep .go with flow

    Pre breakfast
    Asfaghol in water after this 2 glass more water.
    Breakfast at 11am
    Oats or basin ka cheela 6 table spoon rayetha or 1 cup chaye less milk or 2 boiled egg with one slice bread
    Dalia handful nuts with half glass milk with one banana or half mangoo
    Lunch after 3 hours at 3 pm
    Raw veggies salad with channa or beans or chikn or fish
    At 5 pm
    Half cup fruit
    Dinner
    7pm. 2 tablespoon kenwa with sallan or daliaa mix in salan.

    Intermittent Fasting
    16 hour fast & 8 hours eating window
    -Pre breakfast:
    Isphahol
    -Breakfast:
    1-3tbs besan + egg + vegetables + 6 tbs raita/ tea with 1/3 milk tea
    2- 2 eggs omelette with 1 gluten free bread
    3- 3 tbs jao ka daliya boiled in water + half cup milk - 1-2 tsp brown sugar and half cup any fruit
    -Lunch:
    Raw vegetable salad with 3 tbs beans/chickpeas / corn / 100grams grilled meat / tuna
    (no artificial dressing)
    Snack :
    Half cup fruit
    Dinner:
    1- 2 tbS Kinnow boiled in water with 1 measuring cup any salan
    2- Joo ka daliya
