Numbers 1:2 Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the NUMBER OF THEIR NAMES, every male by their polls; The NUMBER of the beast would then be 666 people under direct authority of the anti-christ. This would mean their MARK would be their MARK of authority. There are already laws about the false day of worship in place,tho not being fully enforced YET. There is a group of people that has already changed the times (holidays) and laws (YHVH's laws) as in Daniel 7:25. (Compare the ten commandments of all other Bibles to the convert's catechism pgs 37 & 38) And this same group change the times (Sabbath to Sunday-convert's catechism pg 50). These Sunday laws will require that noone (believers or not) work, buy, or sell on Sunday (the false Sabbath), that noone (believers or not) work, buy or sell on the false holidays. That noone will be able to keep the true Sabbath and holidays because ALL will be required to work. The MARK is about who you submit your authority to, MAN'S (that go against YHVH) or YHVH'S.

There will be great motivation by the beast-led government to easily identify anyone who lacks the mark. This also lends support for a simple mark that can be seen by anybody. The implication is that those without the mark could be easily identified by others unless they are in hiding.

I agree with this message in the sense that you need to be on guard on multiple fronts, anticipating where these attacks come from. However, the problem I have with the Sunday sabbath theory is the buying and selling being tied to Sunday worship. Shutting down businesses would just mean people would have no choice but to stay home and rest since they couldn't go out and do anything anyway, so it's not really a choice anymore. It's not like a store you shop at will ask, 'did you attend Sunday worship service this week?' before you buy something, when you could have been sick or had a birthday party for a friend or family member. So without a way to prove whether or not you honored it, there would be no way to enforce it. All-in-all there is nothing to be worried about if you trust in Christ and are one of his own for he doesn't lose any that the Father gave him.

God’s people will be “marked” by the seal of God, and the wicked will be “sealed” with the mark of the beast. So…what is the “mark” or “seal” of God? First off, nowhere in scripture does the Bible say that the Holy Spirit is the seal. We tend to read that into the only two texts that mentions such a thing. In both Ephesians 1:13 and Ephesians 4:30 it is clear that the Holy Spirit is the one who seals us, but is not the seal in and of Himself. The Holy Spirit wants to “mark” or “seal” us. When we obey God and Keep ALL His commandments, including the Sabbath commandment, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit because we honor God as Creator of the Universe. The Holy Spirit can only seal us if we are obedient. (Acts 5:32) Therefore, God’s seal of authority is His Sabbath. When we honor Him by remembering and keeping holy the Sabbath day, He knows we are His people, and therefore, worthy of His “oth”….His MARK of Authority. If you have ever experienced the rest of God, you would never confuse the symbolic day, Saturday, for what it symbolizes. The Sabbath is the rest that Christians are to enter into thru the Holy Spirit. It is not any particular day, but if you wish to set aside one, do so. But don't confuse church fellowship or a physical day with the experience of the God's love being spread in your heart by the Holy Spirit as in Eph. 3:16-20 which is our Sabbath. But you know that no one except God is good; how then, if Jesus was not Devine, was He good, righteous and sinless. And if he died in sin, His death and blood would not pay for our redemption. But since he arose from death, we know He was and is righteous and has paid so that we can likewise become righteous, have the Holy Spirit and enter into his Sabbath rest.
If we are to keep all of the other commandments, then why not the one pertaining to the Sabbath. Read the Commandment IN IT’S ENTIRETY. There is more than just ‘Remember the Sabbath Day’…there is specific instructions on what you are not supposed to do. Also, it doesn’t say ‘Remember A Sabbath Day’, it says ‘Remember THE Sabbath Day’. Perhaps it begins with “REMEMBER” because He knew we would forget.

I thought it strange that he conveniently left out Exodus 31: 12 through 17 where God uses personal pronouns and specifically tells Moses to tell Israel that the Sabbath is a sign between He and THEM through all generations holy unto YOU,( that is Israel). Verse 16 even uses the phrase Perpetual Covenant, emphasis on the word Covenant. Verse 17, God specifically restates that it is a sign between " HIM and THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL." I'm sure all of the Seventh-day Adventist have heard of Romans 2:14 from people that they can't convince that the law was for everybody and not given to gentiles. What will be the sign of Jesus' coming? 3. When is the end of the age? (Not world, as it is sometimes mistranslated.) #1 happened in the first century, but #2 and #3 haven't happened yet. BUT...notice that when Jesus answered, He didn't distinguish between these two very different time periods! So...His answers apply to BOTH. Question. What two "beasts" existed IN THE FIRST CENTURY? Rome and Parthia. They went to war with each other from 58-63 AD, and then signed a peace treaty with each other. Then in 66 AD, Rome laid siege to Jerusalem. But that's not the only time in history when two nations were involved in a siege on Jerusalem. If you carry a good name, you know that you cannot buy or sell the gifts of God like his knowledge, his immortal life, his love, his mercy, his righteousness, his justice, his peace, and the likes. Sunday worship is not a mark in the hand or forehead a mandatory chip is and can ultimately be used to cut you off from buying and selling in all facets of life, Sunday worship does not. Hello friend, It is apparent that the “seal” of God and “mark” of the beast are synonymous with the other, but also in complete contrast at the same time. God’s people will be “marked” by the seal of God, and the wicked will be “sealed” with the mark of the beast. So…what is the “mark” or “seal” of God? First off, nowhere in scripture does the Bible say that the Holy Spirit is the seal. We tend to read that into the only two texts that mentions such a thing. In both Ephesians 1:13 and Ephesians 4:30 it is clear that the Holy Spirit is the one who seals us, but is not the seal in and of Himself. The Holy Spirit wants to “mark” or “seal” us. How does God know if we are worthy of His “seal” or “mark.” Exodus 13:9 refers to God’s law as being a “sign” upon our hand and a memorial between our eyes. This is clearly a hand/forehead reference. Just like the mark of the beast, God wants to spiritually “mark” us in our hand and forehead, but with what? Within the heart of the Law we find God’s signature seal. In Exodus 31:13, Ezekiel 20:12, and Ezekiel 20:20 we are told by God Himself that His Sabbath is a “sign” between Him and His people. The Hebrew word for “sign” is the word “oth.” “Oth” means sign or MARK. Did you catch that? The original word for “sign” means “MARK.” With all the evidence drawn together, it harmoniously points to God’s Sabbath commandment as being His ultimate seal. When we obey God and Keep ALL His commandments, including the Sabbath commandment, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit because we honor God as Creator of the Universe. The Holy Spirit can only seal us if we are obedient. (Acts 5:32) Therefore, God’s seal of authority is His Sabbath. When we honor Him by remembering and keeping holy the Sabbath day, He knows we are His people, and therefore, worthy of His “oth”….His MARK of Authority. Blessing

This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. When God created man, he gave him freedom of choice or free will, so that God never controlled man. I believe that is where Satan will come in, with the chip (Mark of the beast) to control man which is opposed to how God intended man to be..freedom to choose..
Actually the the 4 horsemen or kings, are seen separately, not all at the same time. The kings in the revelation are represented by the angels. So the angels and the kings are the same events. They are seen in wars, around 500 years apart. The fourth king and fourth angel are seen in ww2. As he wrote that a fourth of the earth was at war. Secondly, if the mark of the beast is the day of worship, where does that leave non-believers who do not even worship, let alone on which day? And how does that affect their ability or inability to sell or buy? The NUMBER of the beast would then be 666 people under direct authority of the anti-christ. This would mean their MARK would be their MARK of authority. There are already laws about the false day of worship in place,tho not being fully enforced YET. There is a group of people that has already changed the times (holidays) and laws (YHVH's laws) as in Daniel 7:25. (Compare the ten commandments of all other Bibles to the convert's catechism pgs 37 & 38) And this same group change the times (Sabbath to Sunday-convert's catechism pg 50). These Sunday laws will require that noone (believers or not) work, buy, or sell on Sunday (the false Sabbath), that noone (believers or not) work, buy or sell on the false holidays. That noone will be able to keep the true Sabbath and holidays because ALL will be required to work. The MARK is about who you submit your authority to, MAN'S (that go against YHVH) or YHVH'S.

In verse 18 the bible clearly states that the mark of the beast is a "number" of man. How is the day of worship a "number" of a man? And how does it tie up with Six hundred and threescore and six?

I agree with this message in the sense that you need to be on guard on multiple fronts, anticipating where these attacks come from. However, the problem I have with the Sunday sabbath theory is the buying and selling being tied to Sunday worship. Shutting down businesses would just mean people would have no choice but to stay home and rest since they couldn't go out and do anything anyway, so it's not really a choice anymore. It's not like a store you shop at will ask, 'did you attend Sunday worship service this week?' before you buy something, when you could have been sick or had a birthday party for a friend or family member. So without a way to prove whether or not you honored it, there would be no way to enforce it. All-in-all there is nothing to be worried about if you trust in Christ and are one of his own for he doesn't lose any that the Father gave him.

Here are some thoughts on the seal question…
It is apparent that the “seal” of God and “mark” of the beast are synonymous with the other, but also in complete contrast at the same time. God’s people will be “marked” by the seal of God, and the wicked will be “sealed” with the mark of the beast. So…what is the “mark” or “seal” of God? First off, nowhere in scripture does the Bible say that the Holy Spirit is the seal. We tend to read that into the only two texts that mentions such a thing. In both Ephesians 1:13 and Ephesians 4:30 it is clear that the Holy Spirit is the one who seals us, but is not the seal in and of Himself. The Holy Spirit wants to “mark” or “seal” us. How does God know if we are worthy of His “seal” or “mark.” Exodus 13:9 refers to God’s law as being a “sign” upon our hand and a memorial between our eyes. This is clearly a hand/forehead reference. Just like the mark of the beast, God wants to spiritually “mark” us in our hand and forehead, but with what? Within the heart of the Law we find God’s signature seal. In Exodus 31:13, Ezekiel 20:12, and Ezekiel 20:20 we are told by God Himself that His Sabbath is a “sign” between Him and His people. The Hebrew word for “sign” is the word “oth.” “Oth” means sign or MARK. Did you catch that? The original word for “sign” means “MARK.” With all the evidence drawn together, it harmoniously points to God’s Sabbath commandment as being His ultimate seal. When we obey God and Keep ALL His commandments, including the Sabbath commandment, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit because we honor God as Creator of the Universe. The Holy Spirit can only seal us if we are obedient. (Acts 5:32) Therefore, God’s seal of authority is His Sabbath. When we honor Him by remembering and keeping holy the Sabbath day, He knows we are His people, and therefore, worthy of His “oth”….His MARK of Authority.

If you have ever experienced the rest of God, you would never confuse the symbolic day, Saturday, for what it symbolizes. The Sabbath is the rest that Christians are to enter into thru the Holy Spirit. It is not any particular day, but if you wish to set aside one, do so. But don't confuse church fellowship or a physical day with the experience of the God's love being spread in your heart by the Holy Spirit as in Eph. 3:16-20 which is our Sabbath. Remember Paul in Hebrews 3:1-11 warned that the Jews in the wilderness who kept the physical Sabbath day nevertheless failed to enter into the rest of God, the true Sabbath. Indeed, on the symbolic day you can relax and rest from your physical labors and toil if you have a labor related job like me and many others; for, Jesus said the Sabbath (referring to a physical day) was created for man, not man for the Sabbath. But, when you enter into God's rest (the true Sabbath), you seize from your labors in life and your fight against sin in your own strength and learn to trust in Jesus. In fact, you cannot worship God w/o the Holy Spirit. And obviously those who do not believe Jesus to be Devine don't worship Him. But you know that no one except God is good; how then, if Jesus was not Devine, was He good, righteous and sinless. And if he died in sin, His death and blood would not pay for our redemption. But since he arose from death, we know He was and is righteous and has paid so that we can likewise become righteous, have the Holy Spirit and enter into his Sabbath rest.
If we are to keep all of the other commandments, then why not the one pertaining to the Sabbath. Read the Commandment IN IT’S ENTIRETY. There is more than just ‘Remember the Sabbath Day’…there is specific instructions on what you are not supposed to do. Also, it doesn’t say ‘Remember A Sabbath Day’, it says ‘Remember THE Sabbath Day’. Perhaps it begins with “REMEMBER” because He knew we would forget.

I thought it strange that he conveniently left out Exodus 31: 12 through 17 where God uses personal pronouns and specifically tells Moses to tell Israel that the Sabbath is a sign between He and THEM through all generations holy unto YOU,( that is Israel). Verse 16 even uses the phrase Perpetual Covenant, emphasis on the word Covenant. Verse 17, God specifically restates that it is a sign between " HIM and THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL." With that humble attitude, I do believe that you've gotten MUCH of what you explained, correct. Including that the mark has to do with worship of the "beast" as opposed to God. But not everything you said is correct.
You're CLOSE to a good understanding, but unfortunately there's a problem of perspective. Looking at things from the perspective of a Protestant understanding since the 1500's, does not account for the understanding that was simply lost, after the Babylonian captivity. That is, the understanding of how biblical prophecy was meant to be interpreted. We need a much bigger perspective.
Did you know that the two "beasts" that Revelation 13 describes, are actually **repeating patterns of history**?
Let me explain how I know that. Go to Matthew 24 and begin reading, and note the three questions that the disciples asked Jesus:
1. When will these things (e.g. the destruction of the Temple) come to pass?
2. What will be the sign of Jesus' coming?
3. When is the end of the age? (Not world, as it is sometimes mistranslated.)
#1 happened in the first century, but #2 and #3 haven't happened yet. BUT...notice that when Jesus answered, He didn't distinguish between these two very different time periods! So...His answers apply to BOTH.
Question. What two "beasts" existed IN THE FIRST CENTURY?
Rome and Parthia. They went to war with each other from 58-63 AD, and then signed a peace treaty with each other. Then in 66 AD, Rome laid siege to Jerusalem.
But that's not the only time in history when two nations were involved in a siege on Jerusalem. Let's compare the following:
Isaiah

* Two nations involved - Assyria and Egypt
* Assyria defeats Egypt and lays siege to Jerusalem (we're not told for how long)

Often, biblical prophecy is written such that it has a PARTIAL historical fulfillment. Where the prophecy diverges from what actually happened historically, it's supposed to indicate to the reader that there will be a parallel fulfillment in the future. The entire book of Revelation was written this way, with a PARTIAL fulfillment in the first century, with Rome being the "beast that rises out of the sea." HOWEVER...note that the two nations are different each time. There is no end-time Rome. It'll be a different nation entirely.

Yes it is the mark of the beast.
If you carry a good name, you know that you cannot buy or sell the gifts of God like his knowledge, his immortal life, his love, his mercy, his righteousness, his justice, his peace, and the likes. All the more that you cannot buy or sell the abominable things of the world like destructive products and services and false gifts of God.
But if a man rejected the good name and accepted the evil one, he thinks now the no man can be righteous. All are just pretending. Then he can now buy or sell the false gifts of God and all abominable things for profit without any regret.

Hello friend, It is apparent that the “seal” of God and “mark” of the beast are synonymous with the other, but also in complete contrast at the same time. God’s people will be “marked” by the seal of God, and the wicked will be “sealed” with the mark of the beast. So…what is the “mark” or “seal” of God? First off, nowhere in scripture does the Bible say that the Holy Spirit is the seal. We tend to read that into the only two texts that mentions such a thing. In both Ephesians 1:13 and Ephesians 4:30 it is clear that the Holy Spirit is the one who seals us, but is not the seal in and of Himself. The Holy Spirit wants to “mark” or “seal” us. How does God know if we are worthy of His “seal” or “mark.” Exodus 13:9 refers to God’s law as being a “sign” upon our hand and a memorial between our eyes. This is clearly a hand/forehead reference. Just like the mark of the beast, God wants to spiritually “mark” us in our hand and forehead, but with what? Within the heart of the Law we find God’s signature seal. In Exodus 31:13, Ezekiel 20:12, and Ezekiel 20:20 we are told by God Himself that His Sabbath is a “sign” between Him and His people. The Hebrew word for “sign” is the word “oth.” “Oth” means sign or MARK. Did you catch that? The original word for “sign” means “MARK.” With all the evidence drawn together, it harmoniously points to God’s Sabbath commandment as being His ultimate seal. When we obey God and Keep ALL His commandments, including the Sabbath commandment, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit because we honor God as Creator of the Universe. The Holy Spirit can only seal us if we are obedient. (Acts 5:32) Therefore, God’s seal of authority is His Sabbath. When we honor Him by remembering and keeping holy the Sabbath day, He knows we are His people, and therefore, worthy of His “oth”….His MARK of Authority.

We are saved by grace. No one has ever been saved by their works. God has only and always had one way to save mankind "the everlasting gospel" Do we still have sin in the world today? How does the Bible define sin? It says sin is lawlessness, breaking God's law. 1 John 3:4 It's clear from the Bible, Matthew 1:21 that Jesus came to save us from sin and he intends to, with our cooperation remove sin from our lives. He intends to give us victory over every sin that besets us. He will not leave us in the same mess He found us in. It's unbiblical to think God saves us and then leaves us to stay in bondage to sin. So if I know that stealing is a sin and I refuse to stop where does that leave me? In rebellion. Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. Worship God according to His Commandments or Worship the beast on the day he has chosen.

The meeting was nothing more than a farewell meeting on a Saturday night.

Actually the the 4 horsemen or kings, are seen separately, not all at the same time.
