- Mark of the Beast is a phrase that conjures up many different thoughts. Many are just sure it's a computer micro chip or a vaccine, but is that what the Bible really teaches? How does the number 666 fit in and does the rebuilding of a temple in Jerusalem have anything to do with it? The Bible gives us clear characteristics that we might know the true identify of the beast and the Mark of the Beast. It's so tiring having to teach people how to read their bibles. The MARK has been around since the days of cain, when God marked cain for LYING and REFUSING TO REPENT. So whenever anyone hears the gospel of truth and fails to REPENT (Acts 17:30), then they are 'MARKED' for destruction (Romans 8:9) because they do not have the SEAL OF GOD, which we are told is His indwelling Holy Spirit (Eph 1:13-14).
Rev 13 is a warning to BELIEVERS, of a DECEPTION, where IDOLATRY leads people to SIN without them even knowing, in the same way that Eve was DECEIVED to SIN. Rev 13 states that people are DECEIVED to worship (or follow) an IMAGE of the BEAST. Now we are told in Daniel Chapter 7 what the biblical PRECEPT of a BEAST is, and the 1st BEAST of Rev 13 is the 4th BEAST of Daniel 7:25, which was Rome. That's why God was born into the matrix as the man Jesus during the rule of the Roman empire, who had introduced the Roman pagan Julian Calendar in 63BC, the IMAGE of the BEAST. Which is why Rome had so many problems with the Jews, because at that time, the Jews followed the Creators Calendar which was Luni-Solar (Gen 1:14, Num 10:10).
Next we see this Beast receives a mortal wound with a SWORD (Word of God is sharper than any double edged sword), so pagan Rome becomes 'LAMB LIKE' as Christian Rome. And this second BEAST makes an IMAGE of the FIRST BEAST, so it adopts the roman pagan julian calendar, and later modifies it to become the roman papal GREGORIAN calendar. Even today, this IMAGE OF THE BEAST literally speaks to us telling us when to Work, Rest, and Holiday. However we were warned not to make an IMAGE of anything in the heavens above (2nd Commandment), and consequently we have been DECEIVED to worship this IMAGE OF THE BEAST, instead of Gods IMAGE of Gen 1:14.
Thus all the world worships the IMAGE OF THE BEAST, which causes people to break Gods Laws (remember Dan 7:25?), because they cannot reckon Gods Holy Days (Festivals) on the papal calendar, so they are DECEIVED to BUY & SELL, when they SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO (Neh 10:31).
Genesis 1:14
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for SIGNS, and for FESTIVALS, and for days, and years: …
Psalm 104:19 He made the MOON to MARK the FESTIVALS; the sun knows when to set.
Leviticus 23 tells us the Festivals of the Lord, which all begin and end at sunset.
Psalm 81:3 Sound the ram’s horn at the New Moon,
and at the Full Moon on the day of our Festival.
Gods Luni-Solar calendar is centered around the Moon Phases, so that everyone in the World can see when His Holy Days appear.
Colossians 2:16 Therefore let no one judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a feast, a New Moon, or a Sabbath. 17 These are a shadow of the things to come, but the body that casts it belongs to Christ.
Friends, if anyone believes themselves to be a MEMBER OF HIS BODY (Eph 5:30), then they should not let anyone judge them for following Gods Luni-Solar calendar, and for keeping Gods New Moon Days, for keeping His Feast or Festival Days, His Sabbath Days nor for eating certain foods and drink.
1 Corinthians 12:27
Now you are the body of Christ, and each of you is a member of it.
Members of His BODY are the ones who continue to cast these shadows, because they point forward to things coming upon the earth.
Hebrews 4:9 There remains, then, a Sabbath rest for the people of God. 10 For whoever enters God’s rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from His. 11 Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following the same pattern of disobedience.
Friends, Gods Sabbaths are for His people, not just Jews. Whoever enters the rests that He appoints is resting from any works - including BUYING OR SELLING. Therefore as MEMBERS OF HIS BODY, let us make EVERY EFFORT to maintain all of Gods appointed TIMES, so that no one will FALL FROM GRACE, by following the same pattern of DISOBEDIENCE TO GODS COMMANDMENTS, that the people of God have fallen into throughout the entire history of recorded scripture!
Did Christ Himself teach this message? Yes in Matthew 21:12 Then Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were BUYING AND SELLING there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those selling doves.
Temple Courts were only ever opened on New Moon Days, Feast Days, and Sabbath Days (EZE 46:1), and these are days forbidden to BUY AND SELL, so clearly not even allowed to exchange money for Offerings, nor to purchase doves for sacrifice. Which is why paul also directed believers not to take up any offerings on Sabbaths when he came to preach, but to instead take up offerings on the first day of the week.
1Cor 16:2 Every first of the week, let each of you put something aside, treasuring up whatever he may be prospered in, so that when I might come, then there should be no collections.
I was brought up as a roman catholic and followed the pope but now i think that he is trying to take jesus place so now i practise faith that jesus came in the flesh to show us that he is our king not these heritics or false prophets amen

I hope the pastors in Jamaica will take courage from u. I don't know why they are afraid to sound the trumpet at this time when they should. The warnings of the three Angels messages of Revelation 14 must be preached in season and out of season and especially at this time of the end so that those in the apostate Church will know the truth so that they do not receive the Mark but instead the seal of God for protection during the tribulation because there will not be any rapture before the tribulation as is preached by the apostate church.

I don't live alone, nor do I have the means to, and majority aren't saved that I live with. The only other person who is is my mom, and she's not came to the truth of the Sabbath, yet. If I have to die, even if it's a brutal death, I want to endure until the end.

@@donaldcannon7724 it’s sad that so many have been deceived by a pre-tribulation rapture. We had to preach it when we were first ordained with our denomination, but even the leaders relaxed this as time went by. What did it for me is when I read Matthew 24, Luke 21 etc. Jesus made sure we would know that no one would know the “day or the hour” (because of false prophets I’m sure), but he definitely told us what “signs” we were to watch for.
I’ve watched as the convergence of those signs have been devastating for many (and will continue globally) but it sure tells us that His coming is just around the corner!
I know He is so looking forward to the day the Father says, “Son, go get your bride!” Whoohoo! What a hope we have in Jesus!!! And what a glorious day that will be!!

Hello again, and God bless you. I agree, Jesus celebrated the Jewish sabbath. But for more insight I look to the early Church Fathers (those who were alive at the same time as the apostles and those who came directly after). They choose which books would make up the New Testament, they gave us the Blessed Trinity, the true nature of Christ, both man and God. etc. Jesus establish a New Church and a New Covenant built on the 12 disciples now replacing the 12 tribes of Juda.
I now quote Justin Martyr 1st century AD, apologetics 67.
"Jesus had fulfilled the old sabbath having been raised from the dead on the 1st day of the week. Because the "1st day" was the day of creation, (the first day let there be light), because it is the 8th day following the sabbath, it symbolizes the New creation ushered in by Christs resurrection. For Christians it had become the 1st day of all days, the 1st of all feasts, For it is the 1st day when God created the world, separating matter from darkness ....and when our Saviour Jesus Christ rose from the dead.
I quote a tiny piece of St Ignatius of Antioch:
"Just as the Father said "Let there by light" on the 1st day, so to, the Son who is also the light, now inaugurates his New creation in His glorified body.....In Christs Passover, Sunday fulfills the spiritual truth of the Jewish Sabbath and announces man's eternal rest in God......

The Gospel calls us to understand how to receive the Holy spirit which seals us! (Acts 2:38) and how to live our lives clothed in Christ and how to be Holy and live as humble children and how to deny ourselves and submit to an authority higher than ourselves, to be pure in His eyes through Jesus to attain a hope that we could never deserve or earn no matter what day we do anything, by His mercy we do not receive the just punishment due... and by His grace we receive the gift of eternal life with Him... only because of the perfect sacrificial Lamb who gave His life for me, in a covenant that only demands that I give myself as a reasonable sacrifice to Him according to the Gospel proclaimed to us through Jesus and His apostles.
The Gospel must include His Work of Grace which is what the Father sent Him to do. He redeemed Israel from under the law. Our faith must be in the resurrection of Jesus from (out of) the dead saints of Israel that slept. If we believe Jesus rose according to scripture, we believe the Saints that slept rose with Him Matthew 27:51-53. Jeremiah 31:15-17 is the Blessed Hope of Israel and all who receive this hope and promise whether Jew or Gentile. Our Hope is their Hope and their Hope is our Hope because we believe that Christ redeemed them. 1 Cor 15 fully explains that if they didn't rise Jesus didn't rise either.
