2013 Prius - P0171 & P3190 errors FIXED

Found the issue.

Fixed the issue by going to the dealership and having them replace the part mentioned in the TSB and updating the ECU. It was out of warranty (150,000 miles for some states, 80,000 miles for my state) so I paid $409. It was $240 in labor and $109 for the part.
