How to SCREEN RECORD with SOUND (on MAC) | FREE Screen Recording + MIC Audio (NOT COMPUTER AUDIO)

HI, I JUST WANTED TO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY CONFUSION:
This video shows you how to record your screen while recording SOUND (i.e. SPEAKING - which is very helpful for filming videos LIKE THIS VIDEO).
This video DOES NOT show you how to record INTERNAL AUDIO, which is a more complicated process with 3rd Party Apps (I will make this video as well).
My intention was to show you HOW I PERSONALLY make my videos - which was a common question on a lot of my tutorials.
Watching it back, I understand the confusion but I had never intended to DECEIVE anyone.

Clear explaination thank you. I have one problem, it also records the sorundings. Like if I screen record, I will also hear what is happing in the background in my room, so it records inside and the outside. How to solve that problem? I only want the screen record not the outside recordings, if you understand what I mean.

I've always had issues with my screen record files screwing up in Premire Pro. So I'm glad there's that export feature that I can compress files with.

Sorry Robert! I will work on getting the alternative video, the only way currently to record INTERNAL audio is using a 3rd Party App such as SoundFlower, but I haven't found it to be very successful
