A new series of behind the scene videos staring our employees in deferent rules.
At the first video, you will meet Yuval Cohen, a pilot in the Boeing 747-400 while preparing for flight.
Done it many times, great pilots El-Al.
El-Al was the first and only airline to let me go into the cockpit in 1979 and throughout the 80's.

Thank you so much for such an incredible video. It is so lovely to see such a highly professional and dedicated pilot give a walk around tour of the 747-400 and to hear him speak about his background, family life, and his service in the Israeli Air Force prior to joining El Al.
While I regret not having had the chance to fly the 747 and 767 aircraft with El Al, I very much look forward to experiencing the 787 Dreamliner and 777 aircraft with El Al in the near future! I am already planning my first trip to Israel with great excitement. I really feal that El Al is indeed more than just an ordinary airline, because it truly embodies the heart and spirit of Israel. Here in America I take every chance I get to see El Al 787 Dreamliners coming and going in their beautiful livery!

I first flew EL AL in 1962 on a Boeing 720B.
+Semsem Eini The Boeing 720 was developed from the 707. Like how the MD-80 was developed from the DC-9 many years later.

I flew El Al, and it was one of the best inflight experiences I have ever had. The staff were an absolute delight going and especially on my return flight!!! Tov El Al! Toda-Raba!!!

I have gone on El Al once to Israel and once back to the U.S. I absolutely loved them and their security is very serious (especially in Israel) so don't play around... They have got my family mad a few times but they are nice and the airline is very safe.
Best airline
I fly El Al from Newark or JFK at least every year to visit Israel. Well, sometimes I take Delta or United - sorry! But most often El Al. What will happen when to the First Officer, Mr. Cohen, when the 747 is retired from El Al? Will he, and other 747 pilots, switch to the 777 or to the new 787 that El Al has ordered?
With El Al you are questioned who made your bags and is the same thing with Delta and United?
