Don't miss out on this amazing 30 min yoga program for perimenopause and menopause. It will help with ridding yourself from some unpleasant symptoms like hot flashes, dizziness, depressive tendencies, fatigue, lack of concentration. It will support your body to adjust to the hormonal changes during perimenopause or menopause. A regular practice may even help you to avoid an external intervention with hormonal replacement treatment.

Dijan I had to leave another comment I feel so so much better again today after this practice I'm crying happy tears (not premenopausal ones 😀) because I think more and more yoga can be an effective tool at this stage of my life. My husband is so happy to see me feeling better too. I'm looking forward to trying more if your practices thank you ☺️❤️
Amazing❤
Thank you so much Dijan - what a wonderful and generous gift you have given us!
@@rosieripple10 I am glad it is serving its purpose dear Rosie
Thank you so much I've been struggling with early perimenopause symptoms and I'm determined to help myself with yoga, natural treatments, calming teas and self care. I've been crying and feeling very grouchy and irritated but I tried this last night followed by a calm tea and deep breathing and I felt a lot better. I plan on doing this most days of the week thank you 🙂
I am so happy to hear that the practice was helpful. It sounds like you have cultivated a healthy, holistic view around this phase of our lives❤
Might you create a sequence for Tinnitus? I have been struggling with it for four years. It started right at the time my menses stopped. I have read that it can be related to menopause though I am not clear on how or why this relation exists. The plough position is one I have seen that is supposed to help Tinnitus so I am glad it is in this sequence. Thank you for this video. I think it will help.
Sure I will add it to my list. For now you can practice the stress management related programs on the channel. There is an esoteric meditation technique that can help with utisiling the sound. This however I can only share during a private consult.
I also have tinnitus which started in perimenopause
@@MADONNASTHUNDERPUSS I had good results with my clients using vowel pranayama (3 stages of breathing as in my program and continued chanting of the vowel 'i' or 'a' as well as this program: ruclips.net/video/IXWMoSa953w/видео.htmlsi=zW0nb1cw1H6kUrc6
Melissa please see my commeny below on tinnitis practice
Thank you so much ❤❤ I m just entering the menopause and have so big heat waves. This video I practice every day helps me a lot 🙂🙂
Wonderful! You are so welcome!
Beautiful Dijan! Thank you for sharing 🙏💖
Thank you❤
Very soothing! I feel much calmer. I was able to keep up and the stretches and breathing were relaxing.
Glad that it was helpful
Exactly what I needed!! Thank you for sharing 🙏
Happy to hear that!
Dijan, hello!!
Me over here again!
I found out this month that I have an endometrial polyp, it's small. I would like to know if I can continue with this practice. (I asked the gynecologist, and she said ok, and she doesn't really believe that yoga can have any action on our hormones, so I couldn't even deepen the conversation, as I would like, for the doctor it's "just another gym")
Thank you, and kisses
Dear Rita; I suggest to integrate practices like the program I have on PCOS into your routine especially during ovulation period of your cycle and right after (even during menopause you can feel into it). Many healing blessings❤
@@YOGATHERAPYPILLbyDijan hi Dijan 💕thank you for your guidance, and kindness.
kisses ♥️
This is a great routine, thanks so much for sharing 🙏
I am glad you benefited from it❤
I will follow this for my daily routine
I am so glad to hear that. Please let me know how it goes❤️

I have diagnosed with perimenopause symptoms in my 34 😓 and i have a lots of them.i gane weight unfortunately i cant lose it is this practise exept from calming you to help you lose weight?Because i need both.sory for my english greetings from Greece
Hi dear Marta; this practice will help with hormonal balance, which in turn is contributing to a healthy metabolism essential for weight management. I'd suggest a holistic approach of establishing healthy eating habits and suitable level of exercise (including cardio work) along with balancing practices like this one.
Hi Dijan! Can this class, which has helped me a lot over the years, help regulate the menstrual cycle? I'm starting perimenopause and my cycles are chaotic. I wouldn't want to take hormones... Are there any classes besides this one that can help me? Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Hello dear Rita; It may be helpful however as the body goes through many hormonal shifts hard to tell. You could also work with targeted practices on the phases of the cycle and be more attuned that way. I have such practices in the yoga for women playlist of the channel.

@@YOGATHERAPYPILLbyDijan Hi❤️
Thank you very much 😊
And you know I was thinking of also asking you about this series of classes for women....But then the comment would get very long.
I'm going to start today, and I believe it will help.
You can't even imagine how your classes helped improve my health. Miraculous!
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@ritapinheiro7208 I am so happy to hear this🩵💙💜
Very beautiful and relevant, thank you Dijan

Thank you dear Dorothy❤ i hope you enjoy the many other 'pills' I have on the platform for you
Thank you so much!
Glad you enjoyed. Soon a yoga for women series to be released.
Tank you!❤

Is this practice safe for dizziness?
Hello, there are quite some grounding techniques which would be good for dizziness. You may just want to be mindful about standing forward bend. Either coming out gradually; going into table top and seated position instead of rolling up. Or you may skip that pose entirely if it doesn't feel good.
Lovely
🙏🙏🙏
Hi Again Dijan !! I did and loved it!
It's a bit challenging for me mainly because I don't have much elasticity, and the last pranayama... well... :-) But I believe that with constant practice I will improve.
(Oh, in the other comment, I forgot to mention, I'm still not experiencing menopausal symptoms, but I'm 46 now. I can keep practicing, right?). Kisses!!
I think it is a good time for you to do such practices for balancing hormones as prevention. Please be mindful of your limits; no forceful practices💖
@@YOGATHERAPYPILLbyDijan Oh, great. My intention is to prepare my body for the "future." And yes, as I'm starting out, I'm going to do everything within my limits, step by step. Thank you! kisses
I have premanopuse . Is it help me for regular period
It could be helpful indeed. Still make sure that you have your regular check ups for hormonal balance
Really very good 👍👍👍 I'll try my best 👍
Hope the practice will serve you well❤
Can I do this routine everyday? Thank you 💕💕
Hi Rita; in theory yes. You can also increase the duration of holding the postures. Please note that introducing different programs here and there would be a good idea for the overall balance and wellness.
@@YOGATHERAPYPILLbyDijan Hi! Thanks for the thoughtful reply.
I will calmly and carefully explore the channel and videos. I've noticed that there's a lot of good stuff here.
Thank you very much
