    Thank you Bea :) So many people don't know how to make videos for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and neurological and joint pain. I have been looking for a video for months and this is the first one which is doable!

      I am so sorry you can't find much. I hope this can help as much as possible. I have others I am confident you can do: for Lupus and some for joint pain.
      I am planning to do more if I get the chance before I go back to university!

      Thanks so much for practicing with me, all chronic pain warriors are very close to my heart. I have another short practice for chronic pain, however I will do a longer one in the future with pleasure! 🙏🏼🙏🏼💙💙

    I love this sequence! It is perfect for my really slow days, so I can get some movement/stretch, but it's slow, gentle, and short enough that it doesn't exhaust me.
