    Please help me to get refund department contact. I fed up connecting customer care and they're not ready to give. Its been two years am requesting my refund money. I feel like staffs in refund department is hiding something. Otherwise Why cant they send my money back since two years.?????

    DAY-4 still waiting to resolve my complaint..no response from the airline.
    About complaint Mumbai counter staff
    - Mumbai counter staff behaviour, mentally harrasment, abused me on public area, rude behaviour, talking with me imprisonment way. Improper knowledge.
    Problem not allowed me to boarding,:
    Dur to improper knowledge of counter staff they are not allowed me for boarding..they wants to me return ticket with same PNR for Mumbai to ECUADOR travelling..there is no rules to required return ticket with same PNR or return ticket is required for traveling bomay to ECUADOR due to i have multiple entry visa for ecuador..even in website of KLM Dutch also mentioned that return ticket/ onwards ticket is required so I told to counter staff I m ready with return tickets for ECUADOR..but he insist me (perticular Mumbai manager and Mr vansh,) required same PNR return ticket..no where written that return ticket with same PNR required to travelling to Mumbai to ECUADOR.even after showing reply from Philippines office there is not requirement of return tickets..after showing all proof at Mumbai counter. They are not allowing to me for boarding..

    How long does it take to get a refund? I have been waiting for a refund since January 2023 and all I got from your (let's call it like this) customer service has been lies, fraudulent data, and deceiving information.
    When I asked for the phone number or contact of a supervisor, they told me they couldn't do anything even though I had requested this in formal terms (the same way KLM has requested my bank statements and data which they received promptly).
    When I asked them to send me a bank statement as proof that the refund had been done, they told me they couldn't do that.
    For over 10 months I have been in contact with KLM customer service (it is better to be called KLM NOTcustomer service) with Enmanuelle, Ben, Felix, Emanuelle, and Andras.
    The last thing your NOTcustomer service did, was say that the refund has been already approved (I know this) and done (this is a complete lie). When I asked them to send me info to which bank they made a payment, they sent me a made-up IBAN and some ARN number which is not applicable anywhere.
    Can you please tell me who I have to contact to get a refund which I have been waiting for more than 10 months?
