Came last Saturday night what a Incredible Experience, had the Rajwalla Lamb, Fantastic. The Tandoori Chicken Starter, melted in my mouth. Very impressed with the efficiency of your cooking team, silence no GR shouting and the speed they worked at. 31 miles up the M6 and will be my regular go to Indian.❤️

I have this marinating in the fridge right now. I used 800g of lamb loin chops with the same amount of ingredients but a little less salt (according to your one pot bhuna with 800g of lamb) and I also added a tsp of kasoori methi. It smells incredible already, I can't wait to get it in the pot! I'll be back with a small review. Nice one Latif!

Definitely using this recipe!! I've tried a number of yours, particularly the authentic style ones. Brilliant. I know what you mean about your old pot. Some of my favourite cookware was my grandad's who was a chef. Got his old chef spoon. Must be 70 years old and still used daily along with a load of my mum's stuff too. Never going to stop using them.

This is the most easiest curry ive seen made. Most indian curry videos i watch they have more steps like sauteeing the onions, spices, etc. But in this video everything is just tossed in straight from the miranade and then cooked. Haha. Nice, i gotta try it. Although i camt help but think some extra flavor development is missing from not doing some of the common things i mentioned
