Having traveled around in an older motorhome I can tell you that a knowledge of how your systems work is extremely important when you break down in the middle of nowhere. One of the things you need to have in your van is a set of tools and fasteners. You may need screws, washers, nails, bolts as well as electrical tape, duct tape, screwdrivers, wrenches and a hammer.
RichyReacts Dude, look at what the comments and replies are about before posting your crap. Promoting your channel when people talk about their Dads, who have passed? Really?

I feel like that nice little skip in the middle of the headliner install skipped someone showing up who knows a lot more, which allowed Nate to fix all the problems he had made while he was trying to install it initially.
For as well traveled and experienced in life you two are, it was quite hilarious to learn that you two really can't do anything with your hands 😂 thanks for taking us along!
People who dislikes are the people who are jealous of Kara and Nate’s new self-converted van! Luv U Guys!
LAUGHING SO HARD
Messes up on a cutting a piece of wood “Siri, FaceTime dad...”
I feel that on a spiritual level. Lmao! Made about 50 calls to my dad (he's a plumber and lives in a different state) last weekend helping a friend replace a toilet and move tub fixtures. "Ok, soooo... we got the crimping thingy on but now..."
It's always the case isn't it, you see way more of other countries than your own! We keep tossing up the idea of buying a van but then realise that the vans we could get are all falling apart 😂 Hopefully we'll be able to do it one day! Another great video guys, keen to see your new adventures!
Me: sees that a new Kara and Nate video came out two minutes ago.
Also me: stops eating dinner immediately and runs to the room to watch.
This video brings back memories of my dad because he built a wodden "cabin" onto the back of a station wagon back in the 1970s. I was just a little kid but it was so much fun to play inside there. My dad was pretty smart and creative.
I’m OBSESSED with these longer videos. Banff were some of my favorite videos so I’m really excited about this next journey with you guys!!
This video is honestly a mood very relatable 😂
I love how your van is coming together. I'm sure you have this, but if you ever want any tips on boondocking or traveling full-time in the van, let me know. I've been on the road and in my fourth year in my van also. Cheers! I'm in CO right now.
😂 I need a split screen of Nate & Eamon working into their vans. 😂
