Rookie!
Thank you for the video.
Wow! Very detailed
Love it
Glad it was helpful!
Just looking at my policy, where would I read to know which coverage I have? I want to know if I have special
superb content
Do you have any video on workers compensation ? you make everything so much easy !
yep. ruclips.net/video/2d8xYR3pe0E/видео.html describes the Workers Comp audit process which can be super annoying to clients if they don't understand how it works. Also ruclips.net/video/1sRL61C0r4Y/видео.html has a little about Work Comp. It's an overview of business insurance in general.
Thank you !
I also thought this video was excellent in understanding how to read an individual policy. My only comments was I own a condo instead of a home w. a picket fence. Would like to know differences in what I should have covered and what I shouldn't.
We totally should do a condo video!
The big difference is that a condo actually has two insurance policies.
The first is for the entire condo association. It tends to coverage the exterior of your home. The walls, foundation, roof, windows, etc.
The second is your personal condo policy. It covers the interior of your home and your belongings. Where one policy stops and the other starts is described in the bylaws of your condo association.
A rule of thumb is that your interior policy covers "studs in" why the association policy covers "studs out". If your condo were to burn down, the association policy would cover the cost of building the structure. Your interior policy would cover the cost of the drywall, floors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom finishings, carpet, paint, lights, etc
Hope that helps!
Thanks so much!
Hey Pink Vintage, No problem. Glad it helped
Do landcontractor carries the home insurance
Good Video. Blessed Me.
Glad it was helpful! Let us know if you have other specific questions Jeremy can answer.
Alina Kondek-Tuchowska, Thank you very much for such easy to understand explanation. Would you kindly explain what happened when Water Thank get burst after few strong storms and Insurance refuse to pay?
Hi Alina, I'm sorry you're dealing with a bad claim experience. Most water tank claims we see have coverage for the water damage but not replacing the tank itself. If you have a bad insurance policy (HO1) it would not have coverage for a "burst pipe". That may be the scenario :(
Nice informative video.
I shopped for insurance for my home today. GEE I received quotes over $1,300.00 for less insurance than what I already have. I thought I was receiving a beating from my original company until I heard the quotes from the other idiots. State Farm is the STATE SUCK....I could not believe the rip-off fee they quoted! Really, the difference in the premium quoted to me for a homeowners policy on my tiny home would pay for your trip to Europe for a month. Do your research!
Yeah, big national companies tend to be more volatile because they experience losses in hurricanes, wild fires, and everything else. If you can find a good regional mutual insurance company through an independent agency that’s your best bet.
thank you
My Insurance policy is very expensive, we have it for long time and I have the suspicion that we pay much more because of our original nationality. We dealing with very aggressive representatives and is time to fix the arrogance and mind control. We are retired and at home, we never had any damage even accidental. We had this year several very strong storms. We live in area where was not flood damage since 1985. We do not have any trees close to the house, Our neighbours have it and they are too lazy to clean up after their own trees. Every time when is strong storm we have their dry big palms leaves landing on our Verandah and garden. When Water Tank was assessed the Assessor seen it and he pretend that he is blind. I can not say that we were ever correctly protected by this Insurance.
Very sorry to hear this. Your nationality should never have an affect on your property insurance. Here's what you should do:
1. Google "Independent Insurance Agent [your town]"
2. Read reviews
3. If your first language is not English, find an agent who shares a first language with you
4. Tell them your story and ask them to help
Hope this helps
great video
Cash Money glad it was helpful!
Is this for Georgia?
Brittany Wool while different states have minor differences, yes, this description can be generally applied to Georgia. For specific info about your policy check in with your insurance agent.
Fast forward to 3:55 to start the video
Noc
Remember...if you are talking to an insurance agent, they are only concerned with making money for themselves and their company.
Kelly York, yer right, about some agents. Others are good people trying to make a living by providing the best companies, the best prices, and the best coverage. Every industry has slime balls. What you need is a super hero 🦸♀️
The video is so good but you making those weird sounds when you are swallowing saliva is annoying specially while wearing headphones.
Lmao 💯💯💯🤦🏾♂️
Talk too much 👎🏼
