Chris, I have a question about a leak from the outside faucet leaking into my house and the water leaked inside my home water coming up from the floor. Would this be covered by my home insurance ?

Since you are aware of the leak, and have not fixed it. No, it would not be covered (generally) as any damage sustained to your home would be due to your negligence.
