  • Insurance companies and adjusters are always trying to find ways to pay you the least amount of money for a claim. Your best chance for a full recovery is to educate yourself on their tactics so you are better prepared to handle the claim process and anything they throw your way.
My name is Mike Keeler, a licensed public adjuster in Florida.

As a Independent Adjuster we are paid on a scale. So we definitely want to compensate what you are owed because then we are paid better. So you literally make no sense. JS

There isn't one adjuster in FL that gets paid like that and an insurance company wouldn't allow you to write an estimate to cover all damages. My partnering attorneys have done over 200 depositions of adjusters since Hurricane Ian so I believe we know what we're talking about. Secondly, you need to Google insurance companies changing estimates.

      You are.. others are not.
Do you know the % of Salary Ins adjusters vs. independent adjusters that are within each state?
You must be new to the industry.

@@theclaimsquadpublicadjusters I live in FL and I was paid that way before joining LM. So have to disagree. I did not say pay for everything. I said pay for what is owed under your policy. So we can agree to disagree

@@dolores2022 so you will be willing to do the show and let me know what cases are in litigation that you're involved in? I will go to the counties website and pull those cases then review the case management.
I would ask you to bring forward your estimates and the checks the insurance company paid that matches your estimate.
      Are you available this week?
