    Nice how you show students how to hold the band in your hands and fingers. This is a video where you show people how to hold (or grasp) the band each time. Nice set of exercises, Soo Jin. 👍😊🥰🌻🌹🌻

    The new yoga practice, strengthening the proximal muscles and stretching the legs is very good.
    The exercises are done with an elastic band.
