I really enjoy the challenge of staying in a posture for this long. Each time I want to move out of the posture, I compassionately draw my mind back to my breath. The breath helps me sustain the postures! Thanks again for a lovely class!! ⭐️
Wow! That was awesome. That was better than the first one I did. The yin time allows us to make adj in our poses and sink into a more conscious state. I love how you encourage us to relax into the poses by telling us when to bring our shoulders closer to the floor or when to check the alignment in our spine. I also like how you allowed us space to meditate at the end as an outro. That was 😎

This definitely helped stretch out my back especially since Ive been having some aches in my lower back. This video is changing my life! I’m currently going through a healing phase and I’ve been doing this video occasionally for the past month. Everytime I come back to it, I feel the physical tension (from emotional pain and trauma) down. It started at my hip and now I’m in my upper thigh. I’ll keep doing it until I completely release the pain 🤍… I’ve suffered from low back pain (without unknown cause) since I was a child and I’ve also experienced trauma that really affected me. This video, nervous system breathwork and the exercise from the book “power of letting go” is changing my life for better ❤️🩹

What do you mean by counteract hip opening poses? 6:06 I need my hips to be opened and not to tighten those muscles.Are these exercises bad for me?
counteract doesn’t mean tightening. just means we’re evening things out to make sure we aren’t putting too much strain on the hips
