I have been having a really challenging month and a half. I really loved this practice on a day where I really didn’t feel enough care for myself, when I woke up. I told myself maybe I would feel differently at the end of my practice. I am grateful I came to the mat even if the rest of the day is hard.
Finishing my day with this. I love how we’re drawn to what we need the most, sometimes it’s easy to push yourself to do the more intense flows but it’s not always needed. Much love Nico 💕

Want to work more on my root chakra with practices like these but I do good with them but then I feel a lil back ache periodically so am I ovwrstretching or the practice is too much for me? These practices calms me love them but sometimes my low back may feel lil achy.
