    Well.... that was the easiest explanation of how far out the tungsten should be I've ever heard

    Tungsten stickout :: never taught it that way by any instructor. Maybe That’s why i cant tig EXCELLENT TIP. now I would love to see you make demo the proper cup lens and,,,proper tungsten stickout. I will try this next week in shop THANKS SO much Jeff

    Great video. Just a note, you can actually use furick cups with a CK gas lens. The o-ring just rests further back on the lens. Not ideal, but has worked fine for me using them a few years now. I've used furick cups to get in tight corners for a long time, they are life savers.

      Hey thanks for watching ! I started with a CK products they're good products but I've had a couple of their gas lens come apart, then I found the furick products, yeah I'll never go back or use other cup or gas lens.

      @@guzzifabrication3448 Furick is a good guy as well, I use all his products for my personal tig welding consumables. CK still makes the best torches!
