I feel your pain brother! When I picked up my 2023 BMW M1000RR Competition it had a couple things going on that made my stomach sick. Seeing hairline cracks in my carbon fiber rims with only 12miles on my bike had me saying all kind HORRIBLE four letter words. They did replace them for me after four months of waiting for them to be shipped from Germany because of Ronaapocalypse. After four months of waiting I finally picked it back up that was the first time I actually enjoyed my new bike for the first time. I'm happy you were able to get the bugs lined so you can really be proud to show off and enjoy your new ride.

Quality checks went out the window along with the attitude of most of the employees. It happens all day every day in any manufacturing operation that is phasing out the operation and the jobs. LOL! For free? Trying to get warranty work at CDJR is like trying to get a state worker at the DMV to stay an extra 5 mins after their shift is done. It's not going to happen, hence the reason I did what I did. Talk is cheap, but walking the walk is the real test, and sadly Dodge failed me on multiple fronts in that regard.

This is totally unacceptable on a brand new car especially at that price point. I would document and photograph all the problems with the vehicle when you received it as evidence. I would then visit the dealer who sold it to you ( probably a long drive and a hassle for you , but its the principle of the matter) and immediately speak with the general manager or Principle owner and explain the problems. That part that you paid for they should take care of it, if not make a formal complaint withe BBB, contact Dodge Corporate office and complain listing all the people you spoke with at the dealership, file a small claims action against them. They will relent because don't want to spend the money for an attorney. You would definitely win in Court and they know it. What would scare me is the problems with the car you can't see. You were let down twice, First by the Manufacturer, and then by the Dealership.
