    I wish you would talk about blood cancer. ie scaring in bone marrow can we regenerate health bone marrow etc

    Dr. Li.
    Chocolate contains some magnesium. I would like you to address specific magnesium type differences and how it relates to particulatar diseases/symptoms if we don't have enough of that particilar form of magnesium.
    1) Does the 80%+ chocolate contain more magnesium than say 70% chocolate?
    2) Is there only one form of magnesium found in our food?
    3) Can we eat enough magnesium food to correct the disease or perhaps supplemention needs to be added?

      I’ll leave someone else to address your questions on magnesium. However, if you want to reap the many benefits of cacao, I encourage you to look into raw cacao nibs (from 100% cocoa beans) and not chocolate candies (no matter the cocoa content). Chocolate candy making process involved cooking and manipulation steps that destroy many beneficial content of cocoa, and adding sugar and other additives that are mostly detrimental to health. Raw cacao, on the other hand, is full of favors and maintains all the healthful contents. It can be used in smoothies (I do this everyday) and can be eaten as-is if you don’t mind the mildly bitter taste (which is masked by the high sugar in candies, but this bitter taste is a result of the beneficial polyphenols for example). Cacao nibs is broadly available at Amazon and many local health food stores.
