Real question: why does anyone listen to Fantanos opinions? I know hes like a college radio d.j. or whatever but what are his qualifications? Does he Play music, or just talk about it?
Because it pisses people off.
What does playing an instrument have to do with being a reviewer? Those are distinct seperate activities.
@@rustyshackleford735 that wasn't my question. I asked what makes his opinions valid or worthwhile, and if he plays music. As in is he a musician? Playing an instrument only makes you a musician in the most superficial way. I'm aware he was a radio d.j. and that's it.
He's a very technical bassist and has played in bands. As a fellow musician, I will say if they play or write in some way, it does validate their opinions more for me but thats just me
