      @Hidden 100% facts. I planked every fay for a month to get near super saiyan abs when i was 15 (upper right ab looks weird but isnt noticable).i saw changes in like the first week

    Since so many people said they were seeing awesome results from my first at home upper ab workout, I thought even more of you would benefit from a second! Still working on ideas for a home bodyweight bicep routine, it's not easy to come up but I'm doing my best! All other intense 5 minute at home workouts are linked in the description! Comment your opinion on these home workouts, I'd love to know what all of you think :)

      i always say if these bodyweight routines are gonna serve as your full workout, then I recommend 2-3 muscle groups per day with 3-4 sets of each circuit!

      Anabolic Aliens Today I am just starting your workout routines and I have a couple of questions, but before I ask, I have been doing workouts and I am fit but they are getting old and boring. My first question is that since I don't have a gym near me, is this okay for daily? my second question is if you are doing these workouts,when will you most likely start to see results? Also can you start doing cardio workouts and speed-based exercises?

      Anabolic Aliens Absolutely awesome, it burns and feels great, I have a question though, I heard that doing the same workout for a long time is bad and I pretty much ran out of workouts to do, what should I do? btw I can't go to the gym since in a middle schooler

      it's bad in the sense your body adapts so you have to change it up but could eventually return to doing some of those workouts.. what kind of workouts have you been doing? .. in this video's description, we have a bunch of other home bodyweight workouts that are all linked if you haven't seen them all yet!

      By the way...my abs are killing me today. Was going to do it again today but I couldn't even do three crunches. Lol. Shows how out of shape I am in. Thanks for the videos

    How often should all 5 minute workouts be done at home? Considering all 5 min workouts of biceps, upper ab, butt etc..

      hmm I'm a huge advocate for variety so I definitely would recommend both but I think this one may be harder!

    I can do the first and just about the second but not for as long as him but then I'm worn out can't do the rest but maybe in time I can build up my endurance.

      i like separating my abs like upper today, lower tomorrow, obliques the next day, and so forth. I feel as if you hit them more optimally that way but there a ton of different ways to do it. You can do everyday if you're not too fatigued, or every other. It's really what works best for you!

    I have a question... every time i do these, I seem to be overusing my neck instead of my upper abs, is there a fix you can help me with? I cant seem to figure it out.

      try not to move the neck a lot i had that the first time, just try to keep the neck still or itll get sore

      try half way and keep working up! you will get better over time and before you know it you'll be reaching for that sky!

      You cannot target fat loss, but you can add mass which decreases the bodyfat in that area!

    I always find it hard to do sit up type exercises as I always lift up with my neck and it kills. I just for the life of me can't not lift up my neck

      Don't worry, your neck will get stronger soon. Same with me a few months ago. In the meanwhile, just hold the back of your head to give your neck support.

    It is important that you do not use your hands for momentum during the half ups and the sky touches, as it will make the excersise much easier and therefore you get less gains from it. Let the hands lead you, but not do all the work. That's up to your abs

      That means you are extending the back, you have to flex the torso and squeeze the abs
