Since so many people said they were seeing awesome results from my first at home upper ab workout, I thought even more of you would benefit from a second! Still working on ideas for a home bodyweight bicep routine, it's not easy to come up but I'm doing my best! All other intense 5 minute at home workouts are linked in the description! Comment your opinion on these home workouts, I'd love to know what all of you think :)

it's bad in the sense your body adapts so you have to change it up but could eventually return to doing some of those workouts.. what kind of workouts have you been doing? .. in this video's description, we have a bunch of other home bodyweight workouts that are all linked if you haven't seen them all yet!
By the way...my abs are killing me today. Was going to do it again today but I couldn't even do three crunches. Lol. Shows how out of shape I am in. Thanks for the videos

i like separating my abs like upper today, lower tomorrow, obliques the next day, and so forth. I feel as if you hit them more optimally that way but there a ton of different ways to do it. You can do everyday if you're not too fatigued, or every other. It's really what works best for you!
I have a question... every time i do these, I seem to be overusing my neck instead of my upper abs, is there a fix you can help me with? I cant seem to figure it out.

Don't worry, your neck will get stronger soon. Same with me a few months ago. In the meanwhile, just hold the back of your head to give your neck support.
It is important that you do not use your hands for momentum during the half ups and the sky touches, as it will make the excersise much easier and therefore you get less gains from it. Let the hands lead you, but not do all the work. That's up to your abs

any tips on how not to work the neck too much? not sure what went wrong but my neck was fucked after this

try not to move the neck a lot i had that the first time, just try to keep the neck still or itll get sore

That means you are extending the back, you have to flex the torso and squeeze the abs
