    Hi Akshay Sir, I have a few queries regarding the supplements:
    1. Is it safe to take Naturaltein pure07 pre-workout like any concerns related to heart issues, especially on an empty stomach?
    2. Can we take Beast Pro and Naturaltein pre-workout together?
    3. My mother takes medicine for high blood pressure(amlodipine 5mg and atenolol 50mg). Will it be safe for her to take collagen + bone pro + joint pro?

    Sir great video and sharing of knowledge. Thank you very much. And a suggestion could you add a good dose of sodium caprate (20-50 mg) in your beast pro and other supplement. Some people felt its effects but others didn't and since everyone reacts differently snd has different sensitivity, hence this is the best way to make most people be affected by beast pro and other supplement, without making it overwhelming it by increasing its absorption through this sodium caprate. Can you do research and make video on ginseng, aralia/sarsaparilla/spikenard (stronger than ginseng).Indian sarsaparilla/nannari, di-lucine peptide, lemon myrtle(the strongest natural anabolic) and rhodiola sacra. And another bhasma video with proof that they wirk as in previous video you alerady gave proof that it is safe.

    Sir is there any additional benifits, I mean faster results by taking 3 tabs of Bone pro per day ? Should it help to get results faster ?.. I've already finished 90 tabs of it & it took a little bit of time to show results . Please tell

      For faster results u can take 3 also
      But limit the intake to 2 months max

      Strength is skill specific
      Arm wrestlers have to workout acc. To their sports needs

    I do full ROM for the start then later do the rest with partials keeping in mind my negative is carefully executed in slow pace.. there are many things to keep in mind inorder to have that mind muscle 💪 connection.... Peace ✌️🕊️

    Is partial movement helpful while performing chin ups and neutral grip chinups to grow size of biceps?

      Then fast concentric and controlled slow eccentrics

    मसल कॉन्ट्रेक्शन से ज्यादा स्ट्रेच होने पर grow होती ह इसलिए partial भी full स्ट्रेच से होना चाहिए जैसे precher curl म बताया आपने ऐसा हर exercise के केस म है

      Hypertrophy simply means putting on muscle mass...and its logical when you gain more muscle you gain more strength....so yes, muscle hypertrophy is good for both size and strength

      @@aswinjayakumar387 if you are doubt full of it do some reverse calculation...i.e, lack of muscle = not being able to lift "x" amount of weight...when you can't lift the "x" amount of weight that you were trying to lift that means you aren't growing....hence if you aren't growing that clearly means you aren't adding on enough muscles to lift the "x" amount of weight
