Own three Langes myself (Lange 1 Soiree, 1815 Chronograph and Datograph (1st gen in platinum), and to say that I'm a fanboy would be a huge understatement: I had the privilege of experiencing the factory tour myself, and what I saw there exceeded my wildest expectations: the passion and dedication of all Lange employees, and the extreme focus on detail is something I have never witnessed before with any other company in any industry. Thanks for posting this amazing video, big ups from Amsterdam !
As soon as he said that I thought, ‘that’s not very American’ lol an American company would never accept that sort of thinking. Which yes I’m American so I sympathize with that thinking, but when one person can make three watches before another person can make two, That slower person has created a bottleneck in your supply-chain

Breathtaking. Now I understand why a Lange watch can't be cheap. The watchmakers and artisans combine challenge and pleasure into the workspace. Without the pleasure of achieving these complicated tasks there could not be anybody to do this work every day. These people must be very proud to work here and produce these time pieces. I loved this video. Thanks.
My mind is officially blown. Now I know why they are one of the greatest watch makers in the world. Between them and Patek, I think they are at the cutting edge of both tradition and technology.
