    Of course this isn't the original recording that he made back in 1961 on Excello records but a good version as well. His original recording in 1961 was a monster hit here in OKC on our weekly top 40 radio survey.

    Not the original more guitar here but still the Slim that I luv. I remember this about '63 or so. Playing a Jazzmaster in Miami.

      me too...and I heard the original as a kid in the late 1950's/early 1960's.... no guitar in that version...this maybe "bluesier"
