The first clip is from the movie "Little Fugitive" (1953) written and directed by Raymond Abrashkin (as "Ray Ashley"), Morris Engel and Ruth Orkin. The movie tells the story of Joey (Richie Andrusco), a child who thinks he has killed his older brother, who is only faking. Joey runs away and spend the day in Coney Island. "Little Fugitive" was the main inspiration of Francois Truffaut and the French New Wave. Truffaut said in a 1960 interview for The New Yorker: "Our new wave would never have come into being if it hadn’t been for the young American Morris Engel, who showed us the way to independent film production with his fine movie “Little Fugitive”.
The second clip is the ending scene of Francois Truffaut's Les Quatre Cents Coups (The 400 Blows, 1959).
The third clip is the ending scene of Shane Meadows' "This is England" (2006).
