Your first wallpaper videos from way back when (using sponge & hot water) saved my sanity, as I entered into the DIY phase of home upkeep. Your latest videos are perfect timing for my next phase of 'home refreshment'.

Hey , way back in the day your vids helped me learn collective pitch heli's , I dont fly much anymore due to the regulations here now in Canada , now Im doing rc scale crawling trucks & pc race simulators , mainly raceroom , anyway I did this on almost all the walls when I got my place & I had to remove & rebuild a wall that was all wire mesh & plaster , you never know what your gonna run into when you get your own money pit

    Hi!
The house I need to dewallpaper was built in the 70s and a lot of the wall paper is peeling up. Im assuming this mean the previous owners had never painted and just put it up on to the sheet rock. In that case, should I not buy this steamer? should I just go by your first video? It's a full house worth of wallpaper too. Am I biting off more than I can chew? Im serious, every single room is covered in wall paper UGH.

Try this method first if it's peeling that's a good sign

I used a Wagner in two rooms so far. 2 more rooms to go! After you’ve washed the walls, what’s the next step? I bought an oil based cover stain. Is that correct? And do you prefer scoring the wallpaper before steaming or not?

Scoring usually makes more of a mess but sometimes i do use it , as primer gos i use kilz stain blocker white primer water based ,no one uses oil based in doors anymore

We moved into a house where there is wallpaper in part of the hallway and the master bedroom. The previous owners had the house repainted before we moved in, but they opted to paint over the wallpaper instead of removing it. Would there be any recommendations you would have taking on this particular situation?

Really its the same method only messier you can score the wall first to let more water go through ,also if it won't come off a steam machine works great to..I have 2 videos showing the steamer work there cheap at home depot if you chose that route only $50.00 sometimes with more paint covering it makes it harder but the steamer works great.i would try the easiest method first and go from there .

Never used a steamer in my life, floor brush and bucket of water and soak 3 times, never mind the water its not a problem, and its as quick as falling of a mad elephant running through new york lol
