This song is so unique and generally linkin park is a band that you can't find any bad songs
It’s too bad they never played this song live later in their career. Would have loved to heard this song in the 2010s live.
I think this song was bad for Chester, I think it brought back memories that he didn't want to remember

O objetivo do chester, acredito eu, era acabar de vez com a dor dele. A depressão é um fenômeno impressionante de tão ruim que é, sentir a sensação de deixar de existir traz um "conforto" temporário. Falo isso pq eu passo por isso desde meus 17 anos, tô com 21 agr e a idéia de "deixar de existir" me atrai muito, tá ligado? É uma parada difícil de explicar pra quem nunca passou por isso.
Essa música retrata bem a Ruminação mental, já tive isso dar vontade de desistir da vida

0:08 there are definitely 2 strings missing on Brad's guitar but probably intentionally because Linkin park songs don't really use them at this point in their career.
When I first heard In The End, the song hit me so hard- I loved it. And then I heard their HARD stuff n I thought is this really the same band??? What is with the screaming??? But the more I listened to them and learned who they were as a band and as artists, I was very open and understood where the music came from. It was so amazing that each song had a message which truly came from their own gut feelings, frustrations, and emotions which I think many of us could relate to. It was not about racial issues, religious beliefs, sex, drugs, or violence!!! Their music was simple human emotions and feelings. It is so sad that Chester was not able to turn his own beautiful talent (his poetry and music) and use it to find peace and happiness for himself- in the end. Thank you Mike Shinoda for keeping Chester and the band alive through all the videos, new music, and memories of Chester and the entire band LP. I now understand Chester’s purpose in life, but it still makes me sad today that he is no longer with us!!! 😢
