My personal fb account was linked with someone on instagram and my business suite is linked to my fb I can’t get in either of them now my main concern is my business page as I need to get into to contact customers so I’m hoping someone can help me this way

This is not working this method
It is working as it has helped some people whose page was hacked. It's just that Facebook help team no longer respond promptly because of too many request. Construct your message under the description section in a way that will draw their sympathy like "...your business connected to that page is now in shambles because of the nefarious activities of the hacker. Moreso, the life of your business that your spent a lot of time building depends on it... "
