I think the real issue here is Mark laying off all his employees. There is no real support or help because no is there at HQ. He fired everyone. I feel like the next step for him is to just shut it all down

They just only asked me for a real photo, after I uploaded it, they permanently deactivated my account. It's very frustrating. Good thing I didn't upload personal data related to banks. this is happening to me now! and its impossible to get support! is there a law suite for this or am starting it!? this is absolutely ridiculous! i have had my Facebook account for 15 years and never once violated any rules. I am literally under emotional distress. not only is it a social Facebook, but i have 3 business pages linked to it. and some game accounts like Pokémon go that i can no longer access. its ridiculous!

You popped from one screen to another without stating how you got there. I have tried every option I can to find "Help Center" and "Privacy Policy Questions" but when I go to Help Center I only see a bunch of squares that say Account Settings, Login and Password, Privacy & Security, Marketplace, etc.

Hey! Someone hacked my Facebook about 2 years ago and the immediately changed the email on the account. Since then I have not been able to access this account. HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. This is so frustrating! Any ideas??

am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. The issue is when i login, it ask me to press that blue button of 2 factor Authentication same as video. but the issue is when i press that button it take me to facebook login page again rather authentication page. This is happening in android app, Android browser, pc browsers aswell.

I am was able to contact live support and they did not resolve. They sent me an e-mail saying to reopen a new case through a live agent but that button seems to have disappeared for me. You said this person is your friend? Doesn't sound like a good friend. Never share your password with anyone. And there's no way it could look like forced entry or hack as the person got the password and you don't have 2FA. Instead of suicide thoughts please report to the police to intervene. Run to problem where i trying to contact Facebook to help to recover my account after it got hacked. I try basically everything 😢😢😢
You can't even contact Facebook support at all in guest mode (if you are not logged in with a Facebook account) wonder why they didn't think about that. Try going to facebook.com/hacked from a browser of a device you had used to login to your account before and follow the prompts. Using a recognized device gives you a better chance of recovery

All i can say is when ny account got hacked it have replaced my email with a Hotmail but after i somehow remove that email from my account and run to another problem asking for recovery code from authenticator but i never set that before because when i first make my account, the authenticator didn't come out plus each time i sent my id it keeps saying it need information. Best proven i can is my other account games that blind with Facebook but they don't reply to the email. Ever my email show history of the post from Facebook.
If i could contact i can show them everything. I can get some of friends who knows to help provide that my account

Bro an business account claimed ownership of my page and i am not able to remove him he already taken over my 2 big groups and now my page is also on risk because he is currently owner of it but he didn't remove me as a admin of page, i am feeling very helpless right now because i don't find option of live chat support help me plz
