I logged into Facebook Business manager and tried to add my page so I could access it. When I try to add my page I get an error message, "Only people with full control of the Page can claim it into this Business Account." If your ID is disabled then Facebook will try to verify it with original ID cards. Try to login they will surely give you an option. ID is just disabled, it's not deleted so you are still thr admin. You can't become admin with new ID unless 2nd admin makes you one. Editors won't become admin of the page because you are still the admin. You account is just disabled. Try to get it back.

You need to ask the contractor to make you admin. You should have done that before removing him.
