  • so i asked my male followers on instagram what are some dating/relationship questions they have about the opposite sex, and invited my girl Mong to join me in answering them! both of us have been in very long-term relationships so i thought we might be able to offer something hopefully useful :)
    0:00 - Intro
1:06 - Why do girls play mind games so much?
5:03 - What’s the easiest way to confess to a girl without making them feel uncomfortable?
7:37 - Do men playing the guitar actually make girls swoon?
8:44 - Are girls ok to date a guy who is shorter?
10:56 - Will you date a guy who earns less?
11:46 - How often should a guy text each day before it starts feeling ‘too clingy’ for you?
13:24 - How to not awkwardly ask a girl what kind of guy she’s interested in?
16:02 - If 2 best friends like the same guy, what would you all usually do?
16:51 - (If you are attached) Is it wrong to look at or follow other girls online?
17:30 - Is it a red flag if my gf sets a rule to not look away at girls she finds attractive in public or in movies?

Ha! I'm amused over the part when Annette analysed how guys woo girls with checkpoints, stage by stage. Quite right. How girls look at compensating factors already reflects interconnectedness and how girls are said to 'think too much' (which is impt la).
By the way I rather my wife tells me directly nicely dun drop hint. Guys quite bad reading between the lines lol

I totally enjoy this series and this topic especially! hahaha i have a story to share that might seem like a bluff, but here goes: i was liked by 2 guys within the same group of friends. i didn't liked either of them and made it super obvious e.g. outrightly saying that i'm not interested to date (i was only 17) and i didn't like any of them. the group of friends made it awkward by 'pushing' me towards one of the guy (guy A) which made me super upset because i totally did not appreciate them doing that as i was not interested. furthermore, guy B said that he would give in to guy A to 'have me' which was actually quite ridiculous to think back, like am i product to let someone else have me??? perhaps we were all childish and immature in our mindsets then. finally, i had a talk with all of them to ask them to stop doing the 'pushing' thing. Yes, i did not end up dating either of them, ever :)
I agree that you need some sort level of EQ to proceed with your 'chasing' game. But a fool-proof tip (in my opinion) for guys is: if she is already your friend (like talking terms), ask her out for a meal. If she says yes without asking who else is joining, she's likely to have a good feeling towards you. If she ask who else joining, she might be shy even if she has feelings. Try to ask a mutual friend to get to join (someone who already knows your feelings towards the girl and can be your wingman/wingwoman). If she says no because she is busy etc, you should expect her to reschedule in the near future, at least out of courtesy. But if she did not even initiate after that, sorry but your chance is likely 0.......

For guys that like the same girl, it is more common one guy will just opt out without letting the other friend and the girl knows. Just a bro's code thingy. So let's say guy A says he like this girl during a normal conversion, guy B won't let guy A knows he likes her too and just quietly opt out.

Fun watch! Very different personalities and thinking indeed.
Annette understands male psychology quite well. Some of Mong's suggestions might backfire for guys. Hahaha XD
Points she put out are some of the classic examples of what cause guys to struggle with understanding girls. It's not a bad thing though, as it puts guys in positions to better improve their EQ, sensitivity, awareness, thoughtfulness and attentiveness. And guys severely lack in all these areas.

I do mind if guys is too short. That way I would feel a little centre of attention. In the another way, might feel the insecurities

People who complain about "mind games" normally have poor social skills. And I say this as a guy.

Women would be naive to think your husbands wont like to see sexy ladies or porn. Some women also like to watch other men in porn . Without lust there is no pro-creation. A man once become rich will fool around. Its what it is to be a real man. Note that what i said applies to men in general and is not that absolutely every man is like this. There are always exceptions but these are a minority
