felt everything in my stomach the next 24 hours 🤣
tradehub 21 southwest tavern.. i attempted to challenge their 10min spaghetti from hell many years back. Within 3min i finished 3/4 of the plate. But it took me another 5min trying to finish the last 1/4..and gave up in the end.. its like you want to force yourself to stuff it into your mouth and your brain is forcing you to stop. Vomitted 3 times in the toilet to flush out the spiciness.. the hotness is not in the mouth but stomach. my female friend who attempted it aaid the cramp in the stomachache is like giving birth.
Respect those that managed to complete the challenege
try putting a bit of butter in your mouth after eating something spicy, it helps a lot!!

Hey, not fair! Zermatt also scares Annette before a challenge. 'Psychologically', she is defeated before she even starts. She's such a good sport although she is not the 'normal, regular' typical spicy food eater. Hats off to Zermatt. He's a real PRO when it comes to food challenges. I've watched his other many food challenges. He goes the extra mile to complete any feat thrown at him. BRAVE!

Actually if drink milk when eating high spicy it will be more worse especially when need to go toilet
