    Hello Everyone,
While making mozzarella cheese we need lower temperature luke milk.means milk is hot but bearable for the finger or in technical words temperature should be between 45 °C to 50 °C and while making paneer we need boiling temperature arround 95°C to 100°C so note if the temperature of the milk is high while adding vinegar your cheese will convert into a paneer not in cheese.

Thank you so much, I'd been missing eating a nice stringy cheese without rennet and hadn't found someone who could actually give a simple recipe and that would produce a cheese that melts beautifully. This one was awesome, the only question I have is at what temperature did you "stretch" the cheese (when you kneaded it in the hot water). Thanks again, your channel is quite beautiful and your videos are excellent and concise.

I followed the instructions to a Tee but unfortunately it didn’t turn out right. The milk felt warm to my finger but perhaps it wasn’t warm enough? I’m not used to touching hot things so am very sensitive to heat. Or could it have been the vinegar as I was only able to buy synthetic vinegar. The whey didn’t separate so clearly and definitely wasn’t yellow even though I used full fat milk for this recipe. Mine was crumbly even after the first step and it fell apart when I put it in the warm whey for the second step. I’d appreciate any insight you’re able to provide. Thank you so much for the fabulous video xx

Thanks a lot for this video and clear instructions! I followed your recipe but unfortunately the curds kept breaking and the cheese never became elastic. Any ideas why this happened? I used pasteurised and homogenised milk from the supermarket because that was the only thing available. Since it didn't turn out the way I had expected, I put it in the food processor and turned it into cream cheese. I am definitely going to give it a try with a different milk brand.

Maybe you heated the milk too much, it shouldn't be boiling, only lukewarm
      Hope this helped :)

Try raw buffalo milk, wholemilk works the best.

How much vinegar did you use? If not enough, curds could be weak.

    • @kanwalhussain756

Don't stir too fast , it breaks the curd into small pieces , avoid this

Mine breaks as well, I'm busy making it now. I even added more vinegar but still no elasticity.
