  • Here are 8 Exercises I like to introduce to my 60‪@clients.‬
    Here's why
    1 - You have a free hand or hands to use as added balance assistance
    2 - Unilateral movements are easier to learn
    3 - Attached band exercises help decrease the impact of gravity
    4 - These movement provide unlimited modifications
    5 - It's easy to create simple right - left 2 exercise workouts
    If your new to RBT or just getting started, regardless of age, these 8 exercises
    are a safe starting point.
