I've got some intersting information about Otis from Half-Life: Opposing Force. If player got low health, Otis got special voice lines for that. Voice lines like: "That's gonna leave a scar", or even a team fortress reference: "Medic! See now I've always wanted to say that" and etc. Not many players know that.

I always hated the mortal kombat endings like this. Especially in 4 and deadly alliance. Sometimes those final bosses were hell, and only being rewarded with your character being killed is such a shit ending. I remember when scorpion died in his deadly alliance ending, and it was so shit the devs retconned it for the sequel.
