As for this apartment, yes, ticks nearly every box ( not a fan of the Damien Hirst wallpaper, but I would certainly be happy to have one of his original works of art, but hey ho). Will never have the money to buy either, but thanks for showing it to us. Great stuff.
I love the ceilings and the abundance of light. I really feel like the staging is off. The dining room table looks like a conference table. I could go on but I won’t. The wallpaper is magnificent though.
The staging is impeccable, and the penthouse is perfect. His and hers primaries are everything.
