You should add the floor plan as a link. I love these videos. The actual walking inside allows me to see something I otherwise would never have the chance to.
It's basically a modern large house on the roof of a NYC building. Kinda glad you're doing tours of NYC homes. I'd love to see more from that city in the future, if and when more properties become available for showcasing. Thanks again, Enes. I appreciate these tours.👍👍
Most homes in LA are huge and beautiful. But I've lived in a huge city like New York my whole life. I find views from buildings and street just as pleasing as mountains and beach areas. it is great to see a city in movement. And I love how home developers from New York creates so many good amenities with such small space.
Agree totally- And this is from someone from LA. Many people say that cities are disgusting, unnatural and man-made, but they can be just as beautiful as mountains and beaches, and they're all the more impressive given they were created by people rather than nature. Though I will say the air in NYC was harder to breathe in and smelled worse.
@@porygon4023 I can see your point, but i think that mountains and such are way more impressive mainly because nature made them, it shows how powerful nature actually can be.
LOVE THIS PENTHOUSE! Making NY feel so dreamy. Someone in the comments mentioned the cinematic intros. Couldn't agree more. Love putting these episodes on to fall asleep to! Cheers!
Incredible location and beautiful penthouse. It will continue to increase in value over time. The rooftop deck steals the show for me. Plenty of space to create a small vegetable garden
NYC luxury apartments have been so disappointed lately, however this is not one of them. I love this penthouse! The location, the views and that kitchen, the bedrooms and the rooftop. Really nice one!
There is something about your guys' work on cinematography for the intro and every pov of the properties throughout the video. It is a freakin A Class from top to bottom and delivered on the YT, it kept my eyes melt in a good way. Arguably you guys just elevate the standard for that, keep up the good work folks 👍
This is one of my favourite penthouse tours ever ! The house is beautiful and the area it's located in ifeels like the romantic New York I like to think it should be like. I also really like the way of putting modern apartments on top of the houses where you can't see them from the streets while preserving the classic looks of these old buildings. And the penthouse is stunning ! Whoever designed this really delivered here. The floor plan is smart and flexible and all the spaces are well thought out. Imagine using that media room as your office...
The city properties are amazing and resonate with me. Being able to escape the hustle and bustle on the street, upto your roof top terrace to watch the city that never sleeps. As always videography, audio, editing is amazing and far exceeds any other channel. Night time shots are astonishing, but would love to see some more videos with the developers explaining the design.
I enjoy all your videos. You show us things we'd never see otherwise. I've never been to NYC, to visit. I've been through there a few times, when I was driving truck over the road. You make me want to go there and see the city, even though I'm not a city guy. I was born in the country and love living out here, close to nature... I would like to see NYC just once, and experience the things I've missed out on my whole life. Thank you, Enes, for taking us all over the world with you and showing us everything.
Yes to more videos of New York penthouses. Always enjoy watching the transition at the end from day to night, NY at night👌🏼. Enes’ outfits are always on point and always looking the part and his attention to detail on all of his tours and no matter what the house the dishwashers must be mentioned 😂 can’t wait for more hopefully closers to Central Park 🤷🏼♂️✌🏼
Beautiful unit! I don't usually like these very expensive homes, but this one is nice. I could see myself living there...if I won a huge lottery prize.
I love, love, love NY What a vibrant and fantastic city and I most certainly love this Penthouse, the views of the City from this property are incredible. The decor, the interior I just love, the soft green accents of colour mixed with the off white colour is extremely beautiful and serene. Enes I love your suite very stylish and elegant and compliments the decor of the property very nicely, adds a nice touch, adds a nice vibe. Both the parents room and children's room gorgeous and comfy. Love it. Loved this Episode Enes. I hope in the future you continue to explore more properties in New York city 😊💚💚😊
Finally, a NYC penthouse that I like, mostly. Terraces are beautiful. Only in New York do you think smallish bedrooms and closets are high end. Kept using "cozy" to describe the bedrooms, even the primary. Small is what he meant. Still beautiful place.
You’ll be paying $500,000 a year to live there. Property taxes and building maintenance fees. Also, overlooked by 1000 residences… for $20,000,000? No thanks.
The last NYC apartment he did on his main channel the common charges are - $6,798 and the monthly taxes are - $8,853 so these numbers seem a bit of a stretch.
this is lovely and so staged looking. they must stage the property first before Enes presents it on line. it's so perfect looking! even the lemons are staged! it's beautiful though. nothing about this place is out of place. very well done with the staging.
More videos on NYC are highly desired and thank you for asking. With condominiums for up to $250 million in this market your presentation approach is needed and appreciated.
As usual, no one better than Enes to show this amazing penthouse. Love your video's of NYC properties and the fact that you give us a day and night time view of properties is a massive PLUS!
Actually, as a native I can tell you that New York City sleeps - we just go to bed much later than anyone else, and we get up much earlier than anyone else - LOL
@@BradThePitts Lol, I'm most certain you all do, yet you get many things done as well. I was going and based it on the old saying about NYC 🗽. Eventhough I'm from the Midwest, in our States history, we had to learn about New York as well, lol.
Price seems kind of high, even for NYC, but I really like this home. Really good use of space to get all those bedrooms, although a rec-room type space would be a cool addition.
I’m so glad to have some NYC properties - that’s what I’ve been looking forward to! I’ve always dreamt of living in New York some day. Such a special place! That being said, the property prices are INSANE! Can you imagine paying that eye watering price for this place?!
At 10:24 in the video, Enes decides to "change [his] route here for a second". I don't know about anyone else watching this but this completely threw me off. I found myself lost in the video, all turned around. It was difficult for me to reorient myself after this sudden and abrupt change of routing. I could hardly even find Enes post route change and it took me quite some time to adjust and recover. I think I speak for the rest of this community when I say that perhaps a disclaimer is necessary at the start of the video saying something like, "Warning: this video features perplexing route changes". This way, we can avoid being startled by such high level maneuvers and can focus on enjoying the video. Thumbs up if you agree. Thank you all for your time.
Welcome Armand to the New York series, thank you for your team's hard work! Incredible terrace with beautiful urban jungle views! Even though it's on the top floor, it's so comfortable that makes you want to stay there all day! You did a great job again, thanks a lot for sharing!👍😄👏
Holy crap! Hey Mr. A, I'm subscribed! Sir if you could do some Manalapan mega mansions that would be cool. Maybe Ocala ranches as well. With that being said, thanks for your content. My fave, the 11 million Prive penthouse. Have a great day!
I usually deliver food to the people of this area in tribeca and it amazes me the expensive and luxurious apartment i see myself going to, it’s insane!!
I love the New York tours, and second to the California tours, would love to see more. I love the high rise apartments, and especially this one as I'm not surrounded by 30/40 stories of air that I could fall through should I trip, and stumble out of the window. 😁😎👍✌
Before dropping $20 million on this apartment, you'd have to do your homework and make sure all nearby buildings are zoned in a historic district. White Street is narrow and it would be a nightmare if a high-rise went up next to this penthouse. Also, the valuation is insane. Really, $20 million?
This is amazing! So great property, and so great video. Enes i watch your video more then 2 years, and see how its going better and better. This is next level, its more than ever. Thanks alot for the greate job, and ill wait the next! )) P.S. Hello from Russia

As someone outside the U.S. one thing I can't understand is why all interiors are always stark white. Barely a drop of colour anywhere. I find all these houses looking so much the same actually!
Firstly can I say I love your productions. Very informative and professional yet also casual in the way you interact with your cameraman. Love it. What I don’t love is this overpriced penthouse. $20M to be completely surrounded by buildings? Basically it’s completely overlooked on all sides and has no privacy whatsoever. It’s no wonder it’s the only apartment that’s not sold in the building. Keep up the good work though please 👍👍
Great tour thank you. While the PH is amazing I would prefer to have more inside space rather than all the outdoor space that you focus on. I own a PH loft nearby with wrap-around outdoor spaces that I rarely use due to the never-ending traffic noise, especially on the cobblestone streets, the NYC winters where the snow piles up on the outdoor spaces, and the thankless unforgiving hot humid summers where it is almost impossible to stay outside for any length of time.
That outdoor porch made me wonder how they shovel snow off of it in winter. The only way to get rid of the snow would be to shovel it over the edge, but how well do people on the ground below take that?
Omg just found another gorgeous listing of you, I know all of your listings were so gorgeous in their own way but this really kicked me out, love it so much
Hey Enes, I've got a question about your suits. Do you wear specific brands of suits? Are they tailored to you or do you just fit well in store bought suits? Looking to get myself a nice suit too
My guess would be for after you've finished sunbathing (or during to cool off). But indeed a strange addition without even a hot tub available. It's not like your own bathroom would be that far away.
Thank you Enes for the amazing tour, at the 5:15 that weirdly shaped building in the back you have to do a tour there, the building looks amazing. Again thank you
It’s a nice apartment but i don’t really like the lack of privacy.. feels like neighbors can just look right into everything without having the blinds closed

The color palette gives me a relaxed feeling. The flooring, marble countertops, and built-ins are subtle and beautiful. Well done!
